Hi Stella – your £6m / 5bn shares = 0.12p is about right if the market only prices us at cash and assumes zero value for anything else!

I’m assuming two things: (1) some value for whatever WI/carry/option on Mako we still have post-deal or just the value of a cleaned-up shell; and (2) the usual AIM overshoot when a “busted” story suddenly clears the debt/legal mess. Cash backing maybe 0.12p, then a bit of forward value + increased buyer pressure and you’re in the 0.20–0.35p range on a re-rate/spike quite easily IMO.

Basically the market have already priced in EME getting diddly squat. Until there is a sniff of what EME will get out of this, there will be little fluctuation IMO. Great time to accumulate if you believe EME will receive 'something'.

Hi Stella, you did yes (I had assumed there was a typo in your queried post). To answer question, I have no idea until we know what we will get out of all this. I do hope however that EME are playing hard ball and hold out for a good deal. I would be very very shocked and disappointed if we received nothing.

If I was advising EME this is how I’d advise :

Conrad start at $2–3m with no carry

Deal settles around $8–10m with no carry

Share price: 0.20p–0.35p (or higher if better than the above). Just my own views / hopes :-)

This will be over within weeks not months. All parties do not want negs going stale. Too much at stake

And Conrad were only +16% yesterday so their investors not blown away (yet). Prob waiting just as we are

It’s not nice seeing money go down rapidly on paper. I’m sticking this out personally, as I have lots of experience when it comes to litigation strategy and I can see the most likely resolution here. Whether it plays out how I would advise is another matter! Just a case of patience and a mutual desire for the parties to deal with each other amicably for the next few weeks.

Good question - I guess they may be inclined to carry on and seek new projects now the Mako issue gets resolved. Hopefully that will give them a clean slate and more opportunities. But who knows at this stage 🤷🏻
