It was for that reason I presumed the RNS would be Monday. The 14 days can be brought forward if the articles allow and those with voting rights agree (on majority). I would expect that agreement to have kicked in for obvious reasons, not least proximity to end date. I can only presume the delay is for bigger news linked/separate to the Napster deal that has meant further discussion

You know my thoughts mate - they are in no hurry because they already have an exit strategy in place. Just ticking boxes and satisfying targets first

Above anything else, I just don’t think AM et al have the stomach or experience to take this all the way on their own. They’re young chaps and this is becoming bigger than they thought. I suspect they will be tempted by a life changing offer at this early stage, despite already being in the money. IMO

Very interesting BA. He will certainly be one of the ‘special’ few offered the additional options, ina edition to his existing options. One thing for certain is this market is a lot more competitive now than it was 12 months ago = a **** load more dollar will be needed to get this where it could be :-)

Nice being a novelty I think - we’ll all have huge blue balls when this is done, but it will be worth it :-)
