Sorry Radika, just re-read the RNS in all the excitement. In this instance, first right of refusal means, R-42 will join forces exclusively with us (and no other developer) if we like / want the AI company. We would then jointly develop the AI company with R-42, so presumably we will share the ownership with R-42 not own it exclusively. Still massive though!!

NotHopeful - PLCs can receive government funds and win contracts just as private companies can. The government have increased the AI security spending budget so will be crying out for companies like ours to pitch their ideas.
