Assuming the Stock Loan Agreement is open ended (most likely) ie not for a fixed term, that gives us time to grow and increase the marketcap to reduce the overall net impact of dilution. Nothing to worry about here

Agreed - JW - experience counts for a lot in this game. I've been caught out with MM drops and silly mistakes at 'trading' during periods of boredom. You live and learn to hold on to those shares (like this one) that you just need to leave to grow

John wick - a fair few in here will remember when GST had a great RNS update, and the market responded by taking the sp down 30%!! Lots got spooked and sold out, only for the sp to not only recover but go on a 300% run over following weeks! Those pesky MMs !

Crownos - Jetaim and I discussed the RNS Appendices yesterday (and got shot down by Tony in the process 😂). Para 6 refers to portfolio investments in other listed (not private) companies IMO so doubtful will relate to us. Any equity stakes we take will be from the private AI start ups already on our / R42s books.
