Are the waivers needed because of the suspension?

Reading how some on here have brilliantly analysed what detail is available and summarised it here, I take the view now like some have, it's basically all out there now, it's in the SP, the board have lost all creditability and been well paid in the process of their failings, the board must go or Sidara get their wish.
