Extension and suspension is coming, expect RNS after close or 7am. I'm a million miles from intelligent but some people need to learn to read and understand or ask if they don't. Some people should reads the RNS and read it again and again, there is no offer to date, no offer will come before suspension, they will get an extension or walk beforehand. The timeline is indicated in it and yes I believe Sidara no the finer details hence 35p mooted. The big shareholders and lenders will have final say.

Regardless in the timings of what the RNS states, why 35p? because Sidara basically now know what the review says and what the adjusted accounts look like, that BOD can not be trusted to tell the truth anymore, they are failures in big business and many know it now. Sidara getting it their way.

Hosai, No I'm not saying that, I'm just pointing out the drawn out process (maybe a little exaggeration on my behalf) this could be and for those waiting to get the full offer price too, Hargreaves Lansdown for example accepted an offer last August and it's only recently just been completed

Another extension is coming and the shares will be suspended as we've all been informed for accounting reasons and even if Sidara do eventually have an offer accepted, anyone sitting it out to get the full offer price for their shares might still be here this time next year waiting

Does anyone know the estimate % the company is crypto related business? Thanks
