Just another day of panic for some, pretty obvious were the SP sits now after that news that so much of it was in it otherwise if this was new news we'd have probably seen mid teens on SP

Ice, I think The detectors reference to 22p buy in was his original buy in back on first huge drop and regardless of his financials and status in life, he's for sure someone who likes to blow huge amounts of smoke up his his own a r s e and no doubt surrounds himself with people likewise.

In my opinion I think this is going close to the end date of this extension and then maybe even beyond again but there is a plus to that for some if that floats your boat , new ISA tax year, load up load up.

Is the current market cap (10m) still pre dilution??

They are using some standard wording in my opinion and not forgetting the due diligence basically started last year

With the relationship between Wood and Sidara being somewhat unknown on a mutual level and the chaos of the last 9 months or so, SP, report/review, debt refinancing, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a mutual agreement for Sidara to come back again in 6 months, sounds crazy I know but the world is just that after all.

Regardless of the outcome here Sharebel, it goes without saying that it's pathetic the way you carry on, such a sad individual it seems, kind of feel sorry for you and I thinks it's highly likely in my opinion that you're carrying a lot of bitterness around with you regarding your investment losses.

If Sidara walk I'm taking 25k on the drop it was 30k but decided to take 5k on todays fall, finance and review once done, we have our 100p in my opinion, could be 12 months away but still I'm here for the duration regardless.

Sidara walk away again, year end in tune?, review complete and as hinted all is as now expected, nothing to see just a clean up..... it's going to a quid soon enough and some think Sidara are getting this business for 65p

Regardless of what happens in the next few weeks or so, the timing is perfect once discussions have ended for Ken to walk away, if it all ends as you were and a new CEO with a shining track record comes in, quick profit takers will get their 60p at the very least in my opinion. My average is above the current SP and on my holding I'll make a nice profit at 60p but 60p I won't take, if Sidara walk and SP drops back mid 20's I'll buy another 30k worth.
