Jimmy is it right that Chariot have just issued 322.8 million new shares at 1.4 p - giving you a grand total of around £4.5 million to add to their cash pot, although it's still a bit vague what it's going to be spent on...

So $750k in shares and cash that Predator are spending to buy an established oil business that is already generating an oil output, with additional waxing treatment ongoing to increase production - seems like a bargain price to pay to me if I'm honest.

Porters1 why do you insist on going over this again, it was discussed weeks ago:

Small rigs (e.g., shallow exploratory drilling) might require 20-30 workers

Medium-to-large rigs (e.g., deep gas or oil drilling) generally have 40-50 people

Major operations (involving advanced technologies, seismic teams, and extended drilling campaigns) could have over 100 personnel, including support staff. 

So who were all the others at the Mou5 drill...perhaps there was external interest in the project beyond just operational necessity. It wouldn’t be uncommon, especially if the drilling had significant commercial or strategic implications.

Jimmy - PG also has a strong track record of being incredibly efficient with funds - ie Pred have zero debt - Pred have 666 million shares in issue and Char due to have 1.5 Billion shares very soon - delays occur I guess when you don't have a scatter gun approach to finances unlike Char - easy to spend money when you have a fund raise money tree that you can shake whenever you like.

It's just a shame that a tiny number of posters can (intentionally) ruin an otherwise great source of information - LSE admin really need to take note.

If you're ever unsure about a person, check their posting history. Why would someone post hundreds of times a month, always negatively, attacking a company and individuals alike? The answer is simple—they have an agenda.

You'll never get a straight answer from them about why they behave this way. Instead, they'll dodge the question, throw insults, and deflect—why might that be?

I believe in Predator, which is why I invested. Being told day after day by these people that I'm a fool for doing so is deeply insulting. No doubt they'll respond to this with something derogatory—but one thing you’ll never get from them is an honest answer about why they post as they do.
