Many thanks as always, Keith — genuinely appreciated by me and, I suspect, the vast majority of posters here.

I’ve long suspected that a small number of individuals on this board are either heavily invested in CHAR or have far deeper connections to the company than they care to admit...

I fully expect the usual stream of sarcastic, mocking and vacuous comments from certain individuals, complete with the same childish emojis that say more about them than anything they write.

Flombo10 it's a different company:

- One of the largest independent oil & gas producers in the world

- Major operations in the U.S. and Trinidad & Tobago

- No corporate connection to the UK company

And yet, despite all his vacuous, maniacal ranting, someone still bought over a million shares just after 9 a.m., split across three hefty batches.

The smart money clearly knows what’s brewing inside this company.

Last official X post from Predator on 22 December:

With the first trading day of 2026 falling on Friday 2 January, it feels like we’re heading into the New Year with real momentum.

I completely agree, these individuals have zero interest in genuine discussion or in the people on this board. Their only objective is to drag the share price down and keep it there. Their behaviour is toxic, and engaging with them is a complete waste of time — it only leads to distortion, bad‑faith arguments, and manufactured drama.

Treat them exactly as their behaviour warrants — social pariahs whose conduct has no place in genuine discussion.

Either filter and forget or report.

Whilst it’s a quiet evening, I would just like to give a genuine thank you to the forum posters who have relentlessly sown doubt, deception, and uncertainty — you know who you are — and thank you.

Your persistent vitriolic derision and cynicism forced me to stop reacting and start researching. I read RNS releases with more focus — in some cases several times over — read extensive technical reports, sat through presentations, rechecked the facts and numbers, and spoke to people I otherwise wouldn’t have, who shared incredible expertise in exploration and geology.

What began as a modest stake has grown over the last couple of years into far, far more than I ever anticipated.

I say this with genuine appreciation: your efforts to cast doubt, deception, and uncertainty made me look harder, think longer, and ultimately believe in Predator’s potential more than I ever expected.

To the genuine long‑term holders on here, I wish you all the very best of luck. Here’s to patience, conviction, and good fortune for those who value the truth.

To the rest: those who chose deception will answer to the facts in time.

Paul states that the now-proven formation damage has suppressed gas readings on the conventional logs. This resulted in only (!) 441 BCF of 2C resource net to Predator for MOU-1 to -4. The NuTech analysis is able to look beyond the formation damage and demonstrate the true scale of the opportunity. I have edited it slightly to improve clarity, and given the relevant timings:

48m26s - "In MOU-3, we can prove that a few psi, 20 or 25 psi, is enough to shut off the gas inflow into the well..."

49m37s - "[because of formation damage] so when these [conventional] logs were run... were interpreted time and time again,...everything that was in there was under-representing what was there...along came the NuTech logs...

50m12s - "our knowledge of the formation damage and how it's transformed our understanding of what MOU-3 and MOU-1 recovered. So we now have two separate fan systems that can be targeted in MOU-3 which we believe all are gas-bearing. We will update all that as part of that divestment process with an updated technical ITR/CPR designed for the incoming suitor. Titanasaurus - then why don't you sell off what little shares you have left before they drop any further and go - or do you believe you're the saviour and here to protect the weak minded?

If you're ever unsure about a person, check their posting history.

Why would someone who supposedly has shares in the company post hundreds of times a month, always negatively, attacking the company, CEO and individuals alike? - The answer is simple—they have an agenda.

You'll never get a straight answer from them about why they behave this way. Instead, they'll dodge the questions, throw insults, and deflect—why might that be?

Short Selling or Hedging – They could be betting against the stock, hoping negative sentiment will drive the price down.

Emotional Investing – Some investors let emotions drive their decisions. If they feel betrayed by the company, they may be airing their grievances out of disappointment.

Competitive Bias – They hold stock in another company and genuinely believe their company is superior and see the competitor as a threat.

Personal or Professional Ties – They have direct involvement with another company, leading to bias against the competitor.

I believe in Predator, which is why I invested. Being told day after day by these people that I'm a fool for doing so is deeply insulting. No doubt they'll respond to this with something derogatory—but one thing you’ll never get from them is an honest answer about why they post as they do.
