SD235, they will always have assets to buy. Most gas and oil companies are not interested at running the rigs at low output rates. DEC is almost on its own in the strategy at squeezing out value and retiring wells.

Europe will be searching for some long term gas supply away from Russia. Maybe DEC can lock in some better future prices?

RAG, it's getting close to the dividend and doing its usual climb towards 120. I expect we will have some profit taking soon.

Get ready for a 3 month high SP

A low SP is great for the share buybacks.

The last time DEC had spare cash and no acquisitions lined up, they went for share buybacks. Rusty explained that it's better to reclaim shares with a 10% dividend than pay off lower interest debt.

And I thought I was optimistic with a 230 target!

DEC must regret the last equity raise and how damaging it was to the SP and shareholder confidence. It's good to see the point added in the latest RNS, that they can make further acquisitions without the need to issue new equity.
