Hi Sparky, YU caught my eye this morning. I sold out in the +80p at a loss so yet another share to add to my list of missed opportunities by not holding on long enough! Still have one last chance for big bags on another share if I hold until 2024.

Ah but it is not only 6m oz ! Sprott etc are valuing only a fraction of the Havieron ore deposit - drilling has already shown that there is a lot more there - up to 20m oz?

I have no doubt that Shaun Day would like to say openely that the share price should always be above 14.5p on fundamentals as indeed that was the the price he did the first fundraise on his watch to secure further IIs investment in GGP. If the fundamentals were good enough then they are even better now with all the further drilling that has taken place.

Be assured readers that it has been raised with him on many occasions and at all Town Hall meetings. He can't make the share price go up magically but he has saved the company from being sold of 'cheaply' as far as many retail investors are concerned including me.

I did not receive from my broker a copy or a link to the 'Notice of AGM' document which gives the resolutions details in full. I just received the voting form. All correct and cleared up now thanks. ATB Mremc

Hi Dip, I did compare wording of resolutions to those in EGM, 2021 AGM and 2020 AGM. Similar resolutions always mention a maximum aggregate nominal value (ie a limit). If this is someone's first AGM It's not black and white that there is a link between EGM resolutions and 2022 AGM resolutions although I am sure that is the intention. Could be a 'clerical' error of just normal resolution practice of which I am not aware. Perhaps I should e-mail the company?

Just received my voting form from IWeb. Regarding Res 6, 7 and 8 seems odd to me that no limits or sums of money are mentioned in these three resolutions. I know that similar resolutions were passed at the General Meeting on 20 Sept but surely the new ones will supercede those resolutions. The new resolutions if read at face value give the Board unlimited rights particularly without the need to consult shareholders. Can anybody clarify please?

I thought we were flatlining - can I be wrong as share price continues its daily downwards trend? Oh I know widen the trading band to 7 - 9p then it still looks flatline wavey trend!

I suppose flatlining SP is better than a falling one. How long were we at standstill at around 1.75p before big rerate over 2p?

Why hasn't the trillions upon trillions of money 'printed' around the world not already pushed the gold price into 'orbit'?
Fiat money is filtering to an ever increasing numbers of billionairs - why put it into gold with no dividends when it can be applied to gathering even more fiat money and do [silly] things like buying 'Twitter' for $44bn (where can you put your hands on $44bn of gold?)
It seems throughout the last 100 years that gold crashes about an even number of times that it peaks - what if you invest money near the top of one of those down trends? The long term trend appears to be higher lows and higher highs but how many families with modest means would be able to accumulate over such a long term timescale to achieve a whorthwhile outcome against forfit of use over that period of time?
The market is rigged and gold price is the same as 10 years ago - why should that change even over the next 10 years. Governments are habituated to 'printing' money and the banks and bankers say thank you very much.
If the stockmarket is in for a big reversal won't gold follow suit?
Lastly, in an nuclear age how will gold help if there is WW3 ? ATB Emc

Hi Dip, no its not you so no need to feel guilty. I usually tend to take broker notes with a pinch of salt after all none forecast rise to 37p or drop to 7p.

As I have posted in the past there is something 'wrong' with this share

Well I was waiting for 3p to sell instead I bought a few more at 3.05p hoping that this time the market reaction would be to send the share price into orbit . However, there is something 'wrong' with this share as it does not follow logic when good news is reported - Gervaise too has been underwhelmed by the market reaction to some of his earlier RNS.

Also, apparently, a little more patience is required

Always nice to be looking for the positives but how does the lower price target from 18p to 15p help those PIs who bought in higher particularly those with modest holdings and little funds to average down below 15p? I have been stating roll on 2024 for rewards - just hope they too will benefit by then. GLA

Little doubt in my mind that GGP is and will continue to be a very successful AIM company. Looking forward to it being a lot higher than around 389th place in the following table:
