i think thats the way it will go i dont see percy wanting anything if he cant get a piece for himself . well times are changing and he works for me not himself btw i have a very large holding here and i would deff back a call for an EGM

Have a look at the ADI full year results for the year ended 31/12/11 issued on the 1/6/12. Have a look at Note 10. It shows that ADI HAVE ACCUMULATED TAX LOSSES AS AT 31/12/11 of £20.49 MILLION!! Check back and you will see that ADI is a continuation of the original RGT company. That is why ADI have KEPT the £20.49m of the accumulated tax losses from the original biotect business. The original biotech business was just shunted off into a NEW private company in which ADI have shares. rgtl shareholders were lead to believe these tax losses were attached to rgtl. there not there attached to ADI . that makes this shell a very cheap RTO opertunity

Hi Percy, We spoke briefly on the phone last month after submission of my TR1 form. Based on your AGM statement re potential RTO and several interested parties I decided to give you a months grace to come back to share holders with further information. However, in that month nothing has came from the Board and I feel it is time for me to ask some serious questions regarding the direction of ADI going forward. I tend to shoot from the hip and don't apologise in advance for the tone of my questions. I fully understand that you are governed by what you can say, but would still appreciate some repsonses to my questions below. I will be posting this mail on ADVFN and other boards and will do the same with any responses. (1) At the AGM you spoke of interested parties and a potential RTO - where are we with these potential avenues? (2) After the defeat at the recent AGM the BOD are unable to issue any more than 22m shares going forward, thus prohibiting further investment - what are the alternatives for the BOD going forward to raising cash as ultimatley it will be needed for survival of ADI? (3) What is your approach to investment in your trading account and how do you select your targets? (4) Once you have selected your targets do you buy directly in the market or do you approach the target in question? (give an example if possible) (5) ADI in Feb 2011, raised £1.5m via issue of equity. By my calculations no more than £700k was invested with the rest spent on admin, terminations of contract and fees. I find this totally unacceptable and verging on criminal. No shareholder vale was delivered? (6) The award of 43m shares to the BOD at 0.01p in lieu of notice was at a 1/50th of the then 0.50p issue of equity. Can you justify to shareholders the morality of this? (7) If a RTO or an interested party proposed to deliver value to shareholders would the current BOD resign? (8) Salaries per year amount to at least £58k per year - again can the BOD justify these based on current SP and investment performances? (9) What is the roadmap for ADI going forward? (10) Can you offer updates re EVOL and RGT and again offer roadmaps for both going forward? (11) What are you doing in this current year to reduce admin costs? (12) As no shareholder value has been delivered would the BOD at worst take shares in lieu of salary, at best take no salary going forward until share holder value delivered? the RNS Tuesday says . The Board stated in its AGM Statement of 29 June 2012 that it had been approached by a number of parties with investment opportunities for the Company all of which are in the resources sector. These opportunities are still being evaluated and if the Board decides to pursue any of them, a further announcement will be made. Now this current BOD are known for looking after there own interests in my humble opinion. The investment opportunities appear to be in the resource sector, which rules out RGT. What other company are ADI involved within the resource sector that would allow the current board to perhaps keep the cog turning for 12 months? Forget GBR, its a shell... Evergreen, its a "natural" resource.. it would be like Feb 2011 all over again, £1.5m is swallowed up by fees, commission, salaries, "admin" etc... In summary I can't see the current BOD welcoming any outside investment/RTO that doesn't feather their nest imho. so is it time to get an EGM called thoughts anyone?

well from where im standing reading the quarts i see a lot of mismanagement of funds here. at the agm they stated that they are in talks with potential opertunities and even a possable RTO so at what stage are we at with these ? how can you fund new opertunities with only £16 k in the coffers imo you should look at the RTO opertunity with open minds and grasp it with two hands asap instead of being stubbon and blaming poor trading conditions . i know a lot of private investors that have made money in the last year .. so why havnt ADI ? poor investmets thats why . i know it wont happen but i think percy and the bod should relinquish control of the company now. and even waver there options and consider the shareholders for once . let someone with fresh ideas come on board and revive this company . imo theres only one outcome here so lets do this the easy way . instead of the hard way --- also there will be another rns later

thanks for that but im spreed thin enough . i hold a lot of new world oil ( with a bit of rmp ) building a tr1 able holding in ADI and a holding here . i dont like to hold lots of differant shares i run a small tight portfolio . you might want to have a look at adi . im suspecting a lot of changes there in the coming weeks what i like here is its at cash only . it has its own drilling equipment . and the cash burn whilst the sanctions were in place was very well managed i consider this to be way undervalued

picked a few up yesterday i like the fact that we are trading at cash there or there abouts. no enterprise value for our assets so cheap as chips as they say my main holding is new world oil and i have also bought shares in a shell company this week called alexander david investments ( adi ) i am waiting for results to come from rmp then i will add more here good luck Mr D
