hey guys this is just a HU oxus released a rns after hours yesterday .. worth having a read .. remember that oxs are in an arbitration at the moment and news will come in the next few months .. from these levels it could turn into a life changer.. the rns to me reads as great news ... others will read it a different way ...but imo even a small position will pay good financial returns .. but please please DYOR a little interest here again today ... Mr D

Stacey .. if when the arbitration is successful I reckon the company will be suspended for a short time .. this will allow for the quantum to be decided . ( quantum = amount ) ... once that is done and monies paid to oxus .. there will be a special dividend .. this will have to be approved via a EGM resolution . if you have cash your willing to risk losing I feel onus is a good play ... I have aprox £15,000 invested in there now ... if it works out and the award is at the top end of the claim ... my £15K could be worth a hell of a lot more ... and no matter what ... the results will be known this year possibly by the summer ... it IS A DANGEROUS PLAY ... but one that could reap some serious rewards .. if your interested in Oxus .. have a nose around the header on this forum the header is one of the best ive seen http://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=28868581

good morning Stacey .. with shell company's there's always a lack of news until there RTO target is in place .. then once completed .. news comes , on a reg basis . it is just a matter of time . Antony . I don't know much about KDR so I cant comment on those but I do hold oxus as I see it has the potential to make me some very good gains this year . of course with any company that goes to arbitration the news could go against us . which will mean I end up with 750000 shares in a cash poor shell.. but if it goes for us . I will end up with a special dividend that could range from 8p a share to (some decent posters on advfn reckon up to ) £1 per share ..... I like odds like that a four bagger to a fifty bagger in a special dividend ...or lose 2p per share . one of the supporting issues with oxus is there lawyers are working on a no win no fee basis ... of course it is high risk ... just like 99% of all aim stocks

the reason theres a b ig % spread is because there shares trading at fractions of a penny .. the higher the fraction of a penny it is the wider the spread . if we were trading at a decimal point higher level the spread wouldn't be .6 - .7 it would be .6 - .65

well the 17 million looks like the end of a holding . so I would say that sellers gone . I also think there's more buys there that meets the eye . and just to confirm that its not me selling . im waiting quietly .. just like lots of others Mr D

I would be very disappointed if we were diluted more without any meaningful transaction ...but there will be some form of dilution when we get a transaction that's a given

in a shell ... you back the man .. so you check out his past failings first .. and then check out his successes .. to see if he's learnt from his failings .. which is what I have done .. I have also had contact with OC on several occasions and I like the business plan that he has in mind .. and if this is a success I will make a fortune .. if it fails . I will lose a few grand .. big deal .. I like risk .. that's one of the reasons I have just put 12 grand into OXUS at an average of 2p because it will go one of two ways .. I will lose the 12 grand .. or I will make enough to buy a house in London if you don't believe me ... I suggest you go and have a look at it ... but I will emphasise .. I COULD LOSE THE WHOLE £12,000

I think you will find the reason for the stagnated sp is two fold .. one placing shares from the October placing .. and two bored shareholders who are watching sp's rise in other shares and are selling here chasing the dream . but mainly the first , now the way the sp has moved reminds me of when the last overhang cleared .. the sp moved up towards the 10 where it stayed for a few weeks .. then we had the run up just before the placing , if as I suspect there is no overhang now .. we could see a run up towards the mid teens
