zatcha im well pal .. hope all's good with you and yours . news well we recently had a placing for working capital and funds to carry out due diligence on prospective acquisitions. having been in contact with OC ( Oliver Cooke ) I can tell you he knows what he's doing as he's done it successfully before, and he has stated officially that he is looking to move into the financial sector

never ever get attached to a share... stay attached to your money .. lucky for you news IS coming here so you wont be spiked as such, but its a lesson you should learn from your REM experience , I have done it myself when I was a novice and so as everyone else on this board.., now I would rather miss out than risk being impaled...like some on REM and several others that had huge gains recently .. its the quickest way to become illiquid

rags , just to point out you could have go in 10% cheaper if you bought them before the little pump started, a little bit of advice don't rush into a share because others are , when its a small cap like this / rem .. by the time you manage to buy in the people that cause the spike are selling out baging the 10/15% . with small caps / shells your entry point could mean the difference between profit or loss

assiassin , I don't know , but I do know a few that have big holdings including me , although I don't have over 3% now. you can assume also that the buyers from the original placing took shares, I did not . hopefully we will receive rns's updating there holdings. I also noticed someone said the company have between 300 and 400K in cash . well im not sure about that . we received £230K with this placing minuss charges. so lets say we got £200k , thay raised £200k a few months ago at 5 personally I think we have around £250 k in cash . . so expect another funding when the deal is done , but I suspect it will be at a much higher price now considering the amount of interest in tavi at these levels . and to add whilst we have this interest the sp can only rise. consider the volume traded since last Thursday its huge

taken from our recent AGM -------- The Company is currently undertaking a number of discussions with certain existing creditors and is exploring various potential short term funding options designed to provide access to immediate working capital. The Company is also considering calling General Meeting with shareholders to discuss a cash call -------- our current board have recently issued a lot of shares to take a portfolio off of griffing two . the portfolio included POSSABILY evergreen oil and global brands . both companies are represented by ADS and two members of our bod are also directors of ADS . it shows ( A ) the ineptitude of our current BOD or ( B ) it shows what the current BOD think the shareholders of ADI ----- another thought IF it was evergreen oil the BOD were talking to regards RTO because they were short of funds the blocking of resolution 8 was a nail in the coffin . why ? well the sinario i see was evergreen reverse into ADI . issue shares which allow them to continue trading . meanwhile share holders can touch there toes because they have something coming to them . anyway where does that leave them now ( ADI ) . no assets worth having £13000 worth of RGT shares that dont trade there 8 million od shares in GBR the loan note and the loss making trading portfolio. and a few grand in cash i think todays news with evergreen could put the BOD under yet more pressure with regards there failings . and i think its time they did the right thing what are other shareholders thoughts here ? you need one of two things 1 the bod to be happy with the terms ( seems here the bod are only intrested if they can have a seat at the table ) 2 the power to call an egm and enough support of the share holders and ofcourse a plan that isfesable and worthwhile . ---------- i dont know whats going to happen but i have a good idea what might happen in the coming weeks . and if im correct . now is the start of something very intresting
