I think a lot of the sloppyness is that they know that the very worst thing that can happen to them is a slight slapped wrist from the regulator, given how the regulators react to majorly fraudulent activities !

My view of Sonora, based on how we know Ganfeng operates, is that unless Ganfeng can buy the KDNC stake for a derisory sum, they will just elect to not mine that part of the concession for the forseable future. So it would depend on whether KM wants to keep his kids in a top notch public school or not...

Auditors have been burned before like this with companies using shady grey offshore shell companies to park activities, and auditors are now under much more scrutiny due to a number of recent high profile cases eg the London & Capital Finance collapse. You always have to ask why is the company doing this in the first place ?

AIM is littered with companies with theoretical high NAV to MCAP values and brilliant prospects but you need people to want to buy into them. I have watched KDNC for 10 years like this and about 7 or 8 years here. These shares become like the old packet of biscuits at the back of the cupboard, no one has eaten them and nobody now knows what they might taste like...

Keeping SP low or deliberately tanking SP ready for TO is seemingly a common tactic on AIM I have seen this several times, I hope this isnt happening here. I dont think these people are as incompetent as they seem !

The owners accrued over 75% of the shares, de-listed from AIM and left everyone else with a collapsed share price and no likely prospects of ever again getting a decent price for their shares. Even big name fund managers got caught and could do nothing about it, and in essence what they had done was not illegal !

This is why a lot of companies are on AIM because no other way of financing what doesnt look like a good proposition to most banks and VC's.

I think mr SIPP builder jimb showed his mental state when he said Lenigas was a visionary yesterday. Listening to anything he says would be like listening to Vlad and believing it !
