It has always been obvious and its obvious with most AIM shares without II's and with a heavy insider share ownership they arent going to listen to a peep PI's say !!!!!!! In the case of a share I was in a while ago (RDGC) we formed a Telegram group and deposed the BoD before they squandered all of our cash but here that too would be impossible !

Well no Friday RNS -- so wouldnt want to be out over the weekend !! --- I wanted to say it this week !

Maybe their 'contracts' have expired. Anyone had a close look at KDNC's accounts ? There must be an item in them for consultant fee's and I guess this is where they would bury expenses paid to rampers !

Its hard to tread carefully when they already have a shed-load of our cash !

The BoD of this company mustn't know how to look at the share price !

Couple of grands worth sold and this has tanked 15% in 2 sessions !!! Is this fading away ?

Steven - assuming we are still talking about KDNC you are dead right. In over 12 years we have seen no ROI or any shareholder value here. They simply sell stuff to keep the lights on, do placings to keep the lights on or when they do make a profit its straight into the next early stage piece of carp. Theoretically they hold massive value in the Amapa project and this could theoretically make even shareholders that are 90% down happy but I guess they will just move on with the next piece of BS if they sell this asset !

I dont think the infamous CEO of KDNC Kiran Morzaria would ever have a resolution like this. Everytime they get short of beer money or the kids need new school uniforms he does a placing !!

I only see this as a growth share - dont want a divi from it if it means thats the only thing they have to spend spare cash on...

In my view this is a positive as it stops them building a mandatory offer share holding, which may have allowed them to snap this up on the cheap which may have been their strategy....

Maybe like Vodafone but at todays low -- it was worth a punt, not basing my pension around it though !

Just bought a couple of grands worth at 706 --- this has to be a steal !!!

What I think is nice here is often in AIM when a share is breaking out a whole crew of Rampers usually descends on it and that hasnt happened here cus its not a P&D !!!
