I dont think its true Na batts will replace Li batts in vehicles. For static storage maybe. But Li batts have more development to go yet to improve their power density with Nano films etc - look at the crude wat Tesla batteries are made from 100's of 18650 batts which to my mind is ridiculous !

I assume all of these shares are 'leaky' and with a share like this with so little liquidity normallyseeing a number of relatively chunky buys could be an omen !

They certainly are nutters ! I can only think they are going with a strategy of doing hateful things in the first few weeks of being in power, assuming that they can fix the publics opinion before the next election. They have also had an easy ride of late due to parliament not having resumed yet.

I guess 8 years is a reasonable timeframe !

Well HL did themselves huge damage by keeping banging on about the Woodford fund even as it was sinking. Im sure it was why Dampier 'left the company to spend more time with his grandkids' ! I have never held HL shares but have been a customer for about 15 years and I am convinced in the last 5 years they has been a lot of cost-saving going on. The service just isnt as quality as it used to be and some things have been craftily withdrawn (eg BED and ISA for funds). I would say they have been polishing the company for sale for a while in this way. But in my view the current offer is low ball...

So am I missing something, we just did a placing when surely we should have had a financial interest in all of this product thats been shipped as a partner ?? Or has this company now gone rogue ??

Skelly - I have to admit you spark and interesting conversation BECAUSE I have a lot of experience of JIMB on the KDNC BB. He 'blanket posts' and is very contrite in his posts/views. I have never been able to figure if he is a) A company ramper or b) An old guy trying to shore up his SIPP investents ! Either way he is the ONLY person I have ever filtered in a decade + of using this BB !!!!!!

They are over priced, fragile expensive to insure and a fad. Teslas are like iPhones very expensive just to be part of the herd. I was about to buy a Model Y the UK pricing - I bought a diesel X3 instead which 31K miles in has been a fantastic car. A big roomy SUV with good load carrying ability that handles like a sports car and can sometimes return mid 50's mpg if your sensible and actually no dearer to run than a Ford !

Well if you think this is a strong buy then your brain size is questionable. Wake up look at the history of this share and the people involved -- then if you think this is a good investment you are either stupid or being paid to ramp it !

I thought I'd been mister cool buying at 690p and look where they are now - white knuckles !
