Blue - point taken to a point ! We have always struggled to see what the end-game with this company will be. At some point the overlords will want to see some profits and they cant just 'pocket' the cash from the sale without distributing to all shareholders ??

...a shocking indication of what peoples mindset now is regarding this fiasco ! Why dont we oust KM, force an asset-selloff distribute to shareholders and call it a day. This is a lifestyle CO that only exists to pay the BoD !

Blue - I have watched this sort of strategy for well over a decade in KDNC and all I have ever seen in that share is 3 directors and a CEO taking fat salaries with the SP never building apart from the odd P&D. We have waited years for this company to flow a deep well or show signs of providing 'some' shareholder value, and lets be honest most people bought this to buy a developing oil company and not an investment company !

.........agree entirely bwm. They are about to accrue over $72M and we have no idea what they will do with it or whether it will provide any shareholder value ! This mornings RNS has only slightly eased the opaqueness and has left me wondering what sort of slight of hand they are going to use on us next !

But the market still sees no desire to move this forward no matter what ??

I'm surprised there was no mention of a distribution of the cash given this rambling RNS ??

But no-one can just expect to buy out a company for the current market cap when everyone knows the share is on an upward trajectory !

I think it will be a long time before it folds - meaning many fundraises to come before this from the placing King himself. We are mostly locked into this (by extreme loss) now and they know this so will not be panicking, because even if people sell it won't do much damage to what is already on life support !
