There is nothing particularly going on here the share has a MCAP of £108M based upon mostly perceived capacity and whilst earning some money on test-phase oil extraction, will need a few more concrete events to get a sustained raise much above the current level, I would like to say otherwise as I am long this share, but I think it is better for all of the decent investors here to move a way from a boom-bust share price movement I think.

Totally agree here, I think that fateful RNS was completely tactical on Belzones part not technically against market rules but designed to provoke a reaction.

This board and share following is remarkable. I agree with so much of what you say but fear that this share can ultimately damaged bu over-trading which is so much the case with so many AIM stocks now that are being effectively being milked on a minute by minute basis. This share has a relatively high MCAP and so has a lot of other hurdles to cross before it becomes a solid business. I am in here to the tune of 200k shares so no more than a punt for me really, but I dislike the dynamics of the trading on this share personally, but I know several/many day traders are loving it !
It is also a fertile ground for the bedroom trolls only here for the wind-up factor..

Sorry it is ramping, you are not forced to tell us every time you buy a share surely - this is one of the most irritating things people do on discussion boards !

But this is the nature of virtually all AIM stocks especially oilers and miners. There's the hype spike followed by a very long painful long slow decline with the odd minor pump along the way, so SOU is at the very end of the 'lack of faith' decline hopefully, but just shoving a drillbit into the dirt isn't going to do much.

This share often seems to have cancelled trades, why would this be other than something very dodgy, arent cancelled trades a key way to manipulate the market ?

may be so if the share can get away from the 5% bedroom mob as it has been for months !

This is exactly right, these types of share are traded to oblivion by the so-called skimmers (good name !).
If you look at the candlesticks for this share, give factors such as number of shares and MCAP its not hard to see why this isn't going anywhere without a blockbuster announcement and they are thin on the ground at present. What is not thin on the ground is waffle about tankers and flare stacks !

Quite right, all of yhe global markets have been in the red for days due to trade war uncertanties/brexit/rising bond yields etc. MY portfolio has had a right drubbing in the last 4 days...

Yeah -- Hudson Global Resource are a recruitment (leeches) comapny and nothing to do with our Hudson although all searches come up with this company.
