How very true it is" Bad AIM companies NEED someone to keep the bulls on board" every carp AIM share has at least one master ramper exactly as you say to keep people on the merrygoround and I also like the bit where you say they like to appear like us down-trodden etc.
The only thing remaining unanswered is do people ramp to protect their investment or because they are working for the company ? Mostly the latter IMO paid stooges. In fact I am in one share where almost all of the posts are now from this sort of stooge...

I have averaged down to a small extent but given the management and their ignorance of our desire for information I cant bring myself to do any more for now.

If we cant reach 2p by the end of this year the outlook for this is very bleak indeed in fact I would consider this to be a completely failed investment. Its all very well for people to buy in now and make 1p into 2p but hindsight is a wonderful thing and what all the LTH's in this have in abundance.
In fact to talk of only 2p by this time next year is bordering on a de-ramp in my book..

2p in a YEAR is a very depressing thought, many peoples share average including mine is way above 2p.

Is this becoming a range traders share, ie sell at 10.5 buy at 9 or below. The team at CASP are on a final warning if they dont get something right this time, or as someone else has said we all die of old age !

I came to thinking that as KDNC seems to have no hope of moving much from here, I was considering selling my holding and putting everything in BCN as this is poised to at least double in fairly short order. I am on average 82% down on this share but at least I could at least double what I have now - any views anyone ?

I guess this is the problem with nano-cap shares -- low liquidity ease of manipulation and sales of even a modest amount have a radical effect... Still have been loading up on VOD over the last 9 months and patience has paid off ! Focussing now on proper shares !

Well I dont know about 50p I am just glad I stuck to my guns on this and held/added when it was in the toilet !

I am not and have never been in this share simply because it was an IPO for people who just bought on the name. Super luxury cars are a precarious thing and the business had shakey margins at best. One of the best calls I ever made in investing was not to touch this !

This can only be a deliberate manoeuvre on the part of the management I am thinking...

I dont have an issue with their involvement its when they control the share I would worry. On a side comment the Czechs havent changed at all since the commie days !

So I get from this they can use 10% + 15% issue of equity so you are right its over 20% however it still will not give CEZ an immediate controlling share of the company thankfully...

Diver - I would be interested foer you to illustrate when I have ever ramped this share, unless you have a guilty conscience yourself ! I did buy more share a while ago when it looked like it was on the way up but is this a crime ? I didnt de-ramp just to get my shares at the right price like some, you will waste your time if you think you can figure out when I buy and sell, but heres a clue -- if we get to 20p+ I will be out !

I dont see where this is in the AGM minutes and it matters because having a former communist government with a majority interest in the share could be an issue...
