So what you are saying is never be an early invester in AIM just keep scanning the share year on year until you see something that is ripe for production/profit etc. The mistake I and a lot of others have made is having been in this and other AIM shares for years in the case of BCN and KDNC since about 2012/2013 -- but now I know that all crappo AIM shares spike and die back over several years with dilution and various other disasters until they eventually go bust or finally start to achieve something as seems to be the case here....

Who cares !! I am still reeling from the fact that these plebs are still selling BCN when its poised to double very soon !!! Sorry to appear angry but I am always angry when talking about the minigas crew as you all know.

Who knows why a company changes its name, in the case of KDNC it may have been to make a fresh start after REM was becoming stigmatised or to distance it from REM which was a Lenigas company. Or sometimes to mask the previous poor share performance from the punters. I think the reason they may have given was that Cadence mined mostly non rare-earths so the name was a bit misleading. I am going with the fresh start theory myself.

IF KDNC have been selling it would account for the ciurrent constipation of the share price. I've been out all day for my birthday and when I left we had a positive RNS and then 0.5% down and I get back and cheeeees still .5% down -- its official now -- I dont understand the stock market !

Jay - you are right, trouble is I still have a lot of KDNC shares so it is me who will bear the brunt of the maintenance of their lifestyle LOL !! Joking apart, Secker was reasonably smart not letting these muppets take over the company..

Where would we be without reams of red tape ! The Chinese government are no stranger to bureaucracy.

I see so many posters on many AIM BB's saying "in it for the long haul" "dont care if it takes till 2024" etc etc .
The fact is if a high risk investment takes this long to come to fruition you would have been far better of just buying Terry Smiths Fundsmith Equity Fund and taking away most of the risk from your cash this has done 186% in the last 5 years -- as opposed to a huge loss in many AIM shares over the same period !

This share has taught me to top-slice and take profits (when it was 80p) unfortunately I didnt do it then !

Frankie - yes we did meet briefly a couple of AGMs ago I remember.
I have always considers you to be a genuine poster albeit a bit 'off the wall' no offence !
I have a fair portfolio of shares and funds and post on most if not all of them. I have more time now as I decided to give up work last year also.
I would struggle to justify my travel costs from Devon to C London to go to another AGM as anyway I would probably just get angry and cause a scene !

KDNC has performed SO badly that I bought £2K worth at .3p thinking this was rock bottom and basic maths will show thatb £2k is now about £750 -- I dont want to even talk about the rest !

Well if the planets all got into alignment we just may see our cash back but for now I am seeing this as a loss and concentrating elsewhere in the investment universe. I am amazed how many people on this board still have time to source and post the research they do, I'm not criticising I'm just amazed they havent got other stuff to do !

I am one of the people who invested fairly heavily in KDNC in the early days when Lenigas was ramping it to hell and back, but experience has shown that it was much better to buy directly into KDNC's holdings than KDNC. Having been in REM/KDNC for around 7 years I still see no evidence of any shareholder value being delivered but isee much evidence of BOD salaries being delivered no matter what !

All quite positive yet no volume and no interest -- strange. The same over on BCN they are on the eve of complete funding confirmation and its as quiet as the grave ???

I think it is wierd how quiet all of the lithium juniors seem to be at the moment especially in the case of BCN -- mining downturn or lack of confidence in lithium demand perhaps (though I thought this had all been squared away by more recent reports) ???? Dont understand it ?

You'd have thought so but I just emailed them to say it seems an indian company called Ashapura has taken over the mine and Konta port and has levied $25M and I want to know where this cash is going...

At the moment the market seems cool to any potential news, no signs of major pre-buying today...

I think this conf call is an attempt to be enigmatic but gradually having the opposite effect myself..

And no recourse because it's AIM." --- A minor correction here, the chinese controlling partner in Bellzone vetoed a placing and forced the company into liquidation. I've been trying to find out if said company is going to control Bellzones resource but this will not be easy to do...
