Regardless of adding value for a sell off, with the share price so low and most people share ave being a multiple of this price dont you think its a risk that any buyer buying at say 2 x the current price may be in with a shout ? So if this were the case we would be relying on the BOD to sell at many multiples of the current price which is a worry..

My experience of AIM company AGMs is the the board will be well prepared to be in Teflon mode...

Crazy thing is if I wasnt so underwater here I would bug out... The boards of these companies damm well know this which is why they dont care..

no apology neccesary, I'm just sory what I predicted has happened - ie lacklustre audio conf and a share drop as a result of this -- I want to make some cash too !

Ive been here so many times with AIM shares lately bought KDNC at .3p and now they are sub .1p ---- conclusion never catch a falling knife...

I didnt find the audioconf too bad bit it was all about preparing the ground for more delay.
And I agree with the person that said how long can it take to make a decision on A8 surely a 2 hour afternoon get together could sort this out - but apparently not for these guys.

Usually when companies go this badly the CEO steps down. If KM stepped down it would at least show an admission of failure and that he was man enough to admit it even if one of the other muppets took his place..

Doesnt help much -- we have good indicated reserves which we already knew and thats it, we dont know :-
1 Will there be a fund raise
2 Are they looking for buyers
3 Is there any shipments/cashflow
4 Are they working on the water situation
We still know bu&&er all !

Yes it would be miles better for BCN to leave AIM but I think there is quite a few value and regulatory hurdles to cross before they can do this. My guess is once the MCAP gets to around double it is now they may consider this.
I think not being on AIM requires more admin which is more expensive for the company.
