My portfolio is pretty broad but UK funds and most of my stocks have been infuriating. I have stayed and added to VOD which is now looking like coming good, as I believe is the case with BARC. But investing in the last 2 years has been a nightmare whether you are a hardened pro or a reasonably seasoned PI like me...

I disagree there is hope, you will be very lucky IMO to get much more than the current price.....Telling people there is hope of a wonderful deal is doing them a disservice -- I took a big loss myself and anyone putting huge sums into an AIM company like this has only themselves to blame.

Where is the value now In SOU ??
I am one of the past investors and my only interest now is to help prevent rampers from persuading people to A) stay onboard and b) buy more !

Minor point - this article does only talk about SQM's Li sales and does not mean that Global Li sales is down to the degree that it is with SQM...SQM may have other operational reasons for not shifting as much Li and this article posted in this way could easily cause confusion.

Ive been in Barc for a few years now and can't say I've loved the experience ! However I think now is a great entry point with little downside failing a global catastrophe of some sort...I shoved a few more grand in a week or so ago..

You guys sound like a ramping tag-team--- ok we get it there will be a big need for Lithium western europe but blanketing the board every day isnt going to force the share price up.

Thats my view really, there are so many ups and downs with these AIM companies especially with Chinese involvement so I am sitting on my hands at present. However I do agree that a green light on the deal with give us 30%+ immediate upside...

So in the true spirit of the UKOG board you dont like to hear anything negative or contrary to your view then !

I was in BZM which went had a world class Iron ore resource in Guinea but their controlling shareholder forbade them to do a placing forcing the company into administration - meanwhile the JV partner is merrily taking over the resource and look to be going to production when all us shareholders didnt get a cent.
This is the sort of thing that could happen here if they cant find a buyer and havent got the cash to develope it.

Thats why I bailed out, expecting anything more than this is like trying to repair a rotten old hulk of a barge to seaworthy status...

There is only a case for averaging down if you have reasonable data to suggest a company isnt going to dissolve !

Most people are sitting on a huge loss or lieing about how they have averaged down - but the fact is as others have said there is not enough to go on to warrant topping up/averaging down, and truth be known 'averaging down' is one of the 10 things no invester should really do in most of the books on investing..
