I think it IS true to say that AIM companies neeed to look pretty solid to attract any institutional money and this share is nowhere near that at present, BCN is almost there though...

I think amongst other things the Min MCAP is £700M......
Also it is a lot more expensive to be on the main market due to the much heavier reporting and accountancy standards so yo need more human resource just to cope with this.

Yes it may be that the carrot stick has got longer again. I know I am not the first person to say no news is bad news here.

Just read this "he expected the deal to be complete by the end of the year" this is a completely throw away statement (if indeed it was ever made) -- Here is my statement "I expect to win the premium bonds in the next 6 months" --- do you see what I'm saying here !

How are people making money trading this share ? I see it is slipping again and some chunky sells, but it defies me to figurue how they cant be selling at a loss ???

Its a big gamble throwing any more good money after bad in here, we dont have a clue what is going on the company wont communicate with anyone and it isnt clear what is happening with the product they have now and what will happen when thay have burnt through the £400k which isnt a lot of money in this age.
It may even be that their strategy is to force down the share price for their own reasons ????

Thing is I have a large portfolio which is mostly going well. I have a couple of AIM stocks which are looking like a disaster area, but this share stands out from everything else in that it is theoretically poised for greatness, but instead it seems locked in some sort of stasis field (apologise if you don't watch much sci-fi !). If I thought CASP was a load of carp I would just chalk it up but I dont so I see it as a carrot at the end of an unending stick !

I was going by what I know of 'proper' companies having had share options myself from one..

"Once the market catches on " --- whens this going to be ? Its when the market catches on to the constant good news that delivers nothing but promises riches sometime in the misty waves of time.

Personally I am not panicking about consolidation myself unlike others over the last week or so. It is only a mathematical excercise designed to make the share price look a bit more credible..

Thats the problem with AIM basically - companies are only there most of the time because there is no other way of getting finance from institutional lenders/investors. I suppose at least in the US NASDAQ new starts have the pool of venture capitalists to draw from but in the UK it is a very different story.

Stunning this is still so cheap considering PS's summary on this vid clip, how much more certainty does the market need !

Agree Bannor -- perhaps they have finally decided to respect investors rather then look at them as cash machines in a betting shop like Lenigas does..

There are 1.824 billion shares in issue some will be in treasury so would be used for share options, you cant just print new shares to pay for share options. I cant see what you dont understand about this ?
