How can a share incentive scheme point to dillution ?? Companies don't issue new shares just because people want to exercise options unless I am missing something..

The share price will fly when there is oil - not a rig.

In spite of my dislike of the way things have gone with this company I think a number of factors including this may mean we have turned the corner which is why I bought 3M last week. And the fact that we have held onto the gain for a whole trading day might also be bearing this out. The part trader part savvy investors may have bought in last week and the 5% ers are nowhere much to be seen it seems..

A cossie is going to be by a factor of 10 more expensive than your standard 1.6 GL !

Thats a pretty important point actually, as we have exchanged around 3.5% of the company for this kit I would hope that we havent bought a 20 year old rusty Ford Sierra !

I fully understand why they would go for Zinnwald as they saw the need for local Li sources to the German (and French) auto manufacturing powerhouses, in a way I dont even think Zinnwald is valued in the share price at all and I also think we could all get a nice surprise when they do something sensible with Zinnwald...

What you do with your money is of course your business, but constantly telling people you are buying more is an encouragement to others to buy more -- ie ramping

I am watching from the sidelines and hoping for a few 100's of % increase here but already the 20% rise has faltered but fingers tightly crossed...

For gods sake Ivy why would they do any better in the future than they have in the last 8 years even if they do raise more capital, in the circumstances they need a competent CEO at the helm. I have been to an AGM but will not be attending this one because a) I see this investment as a loss and b) Why add to this loss with a return railfare from Devon..

I tried a petition here and got around 90 signatures but the company just ignored it - frankly I would love to remove them or even see them burn in hell !
