I really hope you get enough to vote down the deal and oust them at an EGM. Hopefully there are no dirty tricks they can play like buying shares or dumping more on the market. They will be watching what is happening here for sure.

SHS - yes well if it had no debt then they would have had to hand over 3m cash.

As it is EAG handed over 1m cash and became responsible for repaying 2m debt. In return they get an asset they have valued at 3m.

SCIR only own half of EAG so they have an asset worth 1.5m and have paid 2m for it (half the debt burden being shouldered by the other EAG owners)

Like most people AA I have work commitments during the day.

Having a retail investor meeting at 3pm on a Thursday shows utter contempt this BOD has for ordinary shareholders. In my humble opinion.

Essentially…do you trust that the BOD are acting in your interests? If so then no reason to vote against.

Highland - plan B is for shareholders to decide really. The BOD have made it clear that in their view it is this deal or relinquishment (I.E funding is impossible).

To go a different way a new BOD needs to be installed.

Oh well, maybe I can join for the follow on to remove the BOD.
