I was just curious Chris - I got the impression you had maybe sold up to focus on WEN / AEX for your Tanzania exposure. Couldn’t blame you if you had…one of them is fairly likely to end up with SCIRs share.

BD - have you got feelers out for a replacement BOD? I guess the company will need some directors in place quickly following the removal of this lot. Maybe even elect a couple to the BOD at the EGM? They can then organise the forensic accountants as well as launching their own strategic review.

Do you think they all need to go? I guess priority is AF, TR, and DR. Maybe keep Muir and Don for the transition? (Personally take a dim view of these guys…they should have resigned on the related party shenanigans in my opinion)

Though what would actually be left…maybe a gentleman’s agreement with the EAG partners that they can buy sCIR out of the AD plant down the line if it goes into liquidation.

I do think we are heading for a situation with no cash and half an AD plant. That is certainly not sustainable as a listed company.

If it’s possible to raise debt finance for these businesses then surely they would have done it by now? Is anyone really going to give this BOD the millions they would need to acquire new assets??

It may be too late now. AF, TR and Gneiss have played a blinder so far. I wonder what else they have up their sleeves?

I have been of the opinion for a number of years that the board is not up to the challenge here. Sadly they have continued to fumble on. Hopefully shareholders will now remove TR and AF (nose picker in chief). All contracts with Gneiss can then be reviewed for proper conduct.

Careful guys, in my opinion certain parties with an interest in this terrible deal going through are stalking the bulletin boards and arranging bans for posters that are not towing the line.

I was appalled to see WEN wading in with more “consequences” for SCIR shareholders on a no vote.
