At best I think the investment is neutral. They will end up making money whatever happens I’m sure. I don’t think they are aligned with retail investors.

I am posting facts about this funding. The lower the SP goes the more shares PB will get and the greater the dilution to existing holders.

PB have been issued around 100 million shares so far (>10% of shares in issue), yet don’t have a declared position (above 3%). Therefore they must have sold some or all of the last tranche.

This is not some angel investor who believes in the company IMHO.

If you can’t have a debate with me about the company then maybe just ignore me?

These discussions about my personal motivations are rather pointless, and I don’t think help your cause.

Chris I’m sorry but PB have not bought shares.

They have given SCIR some cash now and can choose when they receive shares.

It is in their interests for the SP to drop from here. They also have the firepower to drive the SP down (they are not allowed to short sell, but they can dispose of any shares they already hold)

It is not a vote of confidence (if it ever really is) until they take up the shares.

I think you are kidding yourself if you think they are an “investor”.

I won’t claim to know how they make their money, but I remember there were some investigations last year and the parent company was not known for “investing” shall we say.

It’s a little like a convertible loan note is my view. It’s in the interests of the “investor” for the SP to be as low as possible.
