Well Pedro, Ím not sure about 93. I did see it at 90 or maybe 91 for 1 day, but presumably that was buyers not sellers and I managed to get 88 the next day when I sold half . I think you could be over egging this slightly. I was amused that you didńt wait for 65p. I too had far too much in HOC but made the mistake at 1.20 of trading 1/3 of it for Fres, which I subsequently sold. Bad mistake but if I see 2.20 then Íll be delighted.

Hargreaves have it listed as being at 11.00am at the Institute of Directors 114 Pall Mall, but as you say, no official invite has been put out yet. Last year it was at a solicitor's or accountants, in the city (guess) they wanted no-one to show. This year I guess they do want people to turn up. Last time I went to BOR AGM it was IOD back in 2015 and quite a lot of people turned up. Maybe there will be a feelgood if nothing else. Not sure anything has happened since I last went.

Shabby board, surprised the price is 8p and not 0.008p like my return on investment to keep the registered office in one of the most prestigious locations in the uk and the board in their lucrative remuneration policies. I keep my remaining shares because Ím waiting for a loss to set them against.

My advice to all interested in investing with this company is - look at past performance to see how much of your money you could be giving straight to the directors . Stick it under the mattress at least, hopefully, it wońt slowly disappear.
