Is it possible to buy Shanta shares atm Bankcruptcy?

I have moved 2/3 of my Shanta in Serabi. Therefore someone will probably come in snd bid LARGE for shafta gold. Serabi I had back in 2030 at 86p. Looking at the metric and recent trading updates it looks, as good a proposition now as it did back then. Trading update due, I believe, mid Jan. It definitely feels as though money may be moving in there from here. Yes I’m sorry guys but you have to look after yourself and like everyone else I am completely dissolutioned here. My take is as others Q1 could be good for gold and having held for 10-15 years i don’t want to miss out because i am stuck in Shafta.

Well he doesńt sound convinced to me, but then it is what it is, all leaves a nasty taste. Whether it happens I guess it will eventually. For the insiders Im sure it’s all win win. Either they get the company, without paying what all us private holders think is reasonable or if it’s possible a higher bid is put in by someone else. 20 years of failing on AIM it’s time for me to concentrate more of my pitiful net worth into the ftse 350. Indeed smkr just trimmed my shg and put some of it back into srb, which i think i was frightened off because of some Brazilian admin way back when. Also gave me chance to realise Íd rather overegged my exposure to gold in the last 5 years.

Not sure when this is happening?? There's something about the 22nd in the RNS are they trying to get this through while the larger investors are driving home for Christmas.

I don't think I realised that Luke Leslie had left to setup Key Carbon back in his native Canada and who should be on the board but none other than Mr Zurrin!

I guess this has been known about for a year, but what I don't get is why Eric has stayed on and didn't just bail out at the end of the third quarter. Am I being naive to think that he has been trying to organise other parties to prepare a counter offer? I struggle to think that he is on board with all of this.

Well they have changed nomad´s a number of times over the years, so possibly not. Maybe the new ones are just offering a cheaper deal.

Certainly pointless meselling at this level. Hopefully they wońt dilly dally getting the results out., whatever they may be. Uncertainty is the kissof death on AIM. Never put a put wrong, in my opinion until they bought Emma Hardie. Does anyone know why Emma Hardie no longer appears to be? On the Creightons website?

The reason I bought originally, having seen CRL at an investor show in Westminster conference Centre, is strong as ever imo if not stronger. Although we seem, in some ways, to be in a similar position (to back then - 18 months before they had to farm out some of their manufacturing due to big rise in orders. Groundhog - if I wasn’t invested now then I would be buying today. Can’t see why anyone is getting out but whatever Good Luck All.
