“I don`t think this will ever stop in BARC”. You may well be correct… but the fact it is so often and repetitive does point to a cultural DNA that appears to be ever present. Only, and I stress only, if Barclays can clean up its act will its share price ever get close to it’s True Asset Value.

I suspect a very long wait and/or eventual ‘take over’, whichever arrives first, would be the only options for this to happen for a multi-billion producing profit machine. Very sad.

So great trading opportunities for those that have the bravery for Spread Bets and/or Contracts For Difference. But not for me. The American Inflation Rate update and more importantly American Banks update should set the tone. Just where is the bottom? Hmmmm….

Turning things on there head… I guess you could say this type of avoidable school boy error at least creates a purchase at a discount followed by a (hopeful) future sale at a profit trading opportunity? Certainly proved lucky for me on more than one occasion.

But there’s no denying the fact that this is only one more example added to the very, very long list of historical scandals over the years. Here’s a link below to the last 10 years… but this doesn’t even scratch the surface.

Thanks for your TA update. Truly appreciated. Without wanting to state the bleeding’ obvious, I would suggest:

a) I would expect some Profit taking today.
b) The stock still remains a trading/swing stock.
c) Not convinced that this is the bottom yet.
d) Albeit, circa 140p seems to be the bottom of resistance for trading/swing stock.

If it returns close to this 140p+ level, it may be to appealing to resist a ‘spin of the roulette’ wheel for me. Hmmmm….

Currently waiting patiently for an entry point… not sure what effect the BofE announcement will have on the price come Thursday lunchtime? An upsurge prior to Thursday then a deflation thereafter the announcement? Hmmmm….
