these trades are mostly done on bid side , as advantageous for owner , they are bed & isa. Why both sell , I don't know ... but am told this is how Hargreaves do it.

I don't see 4p placement . Edison impartial research points to higher price . also extension of convert loan maturity to the end of June stipulates that the three parties are going to be investing at a higher price than the current 20 day vwap.

Extension of Loan and Convertible Notes Under the original terms of the Loan the repayment date, and therefore the maturity date of the Convertible Notes pursuant to the Note Extension, was on the earliest of 30 March 2015 or the Company raising debt or equity funding in an amount equal to or greater than the amounts outstanding under the loan agreement. Additionally, a further fee equal to 1% would be payable should a meeting of shareholders not be called by 31 May 2015. All other repayment terms of the Loan and Convertible Notes remain unchanged.

so we get $6m extension stock trades 4p ; 4.5p? maybe 5 in terms of loan THE THREE SAID THAT THEY PLANNED TO FOLD THIS INTO PROJECT FINANCE ... enough said. sticking point could be Orion/XGC probably want their cheap stock on 20d vwap ; TRAF say no as AIM / PIs dictation share price ... see EDISON for unbiased valuation ... why should you get cheap stock on our funding ; what about us? Maybe TRAF also want a freebie? who knows , maybe final project finance complicated as three way , and parties don't fully trust each other , so lawyers all over it checking and putting in amendments , which then need to be checked / changed ... could just be this! if they do $6m draw down, then documents need to be changed again ! so they are trying to get done as in by 11th hour. gla

Alberto did loads of study to demonstrate that successfully and some of the information already shared. Alberto saved the company "50 millions" , he is truly a champion and we are so lucky to have someone like him being involve with this project, he is the best around, and there is no doubt about that. keep looking at EMED Gallery because if you look closer you realise it tells you far more interesting stories than just colourful pictures... all I can say to long termer is you wouldn't have much time to average down at such a ridicules level, because it wouldn't last for long, and this is your chance to average down not in 4 months times where the price will be accelerating upwards, IMHO enjoy your investment because RT will be in production THIS YEAR, this is the year for it, and make sure you be part of this success story. and please always do your own search and not follow clueless or people with other agenda's here, where is VAN now days?
