we may see upside to "more product" ... but nice of Alberto Lavandeira to have kept that from the market , so we got low balled on finance deal at market levels . "less cost" eh bloody great cost to us!!! all benefits of cost cutting were basically handed over to sharehokders who GOT MORE FOR LESS OUTLAY ... nice one Leach / Lavandeira

probably closer to 3m after oo , and at the wrong price screwed over by Leach and Lavandeira

the other day I did a dummy sell for 1.5m shares ... I received a 4.75 bid

was not addressing you directly but if stock goes up , punters will sell as likely to get more than 5% in oo

there will be plenty here selling 5% to buy 5% in oo ... or you could gamble sell more and expect to get more in oo ...

- no debt - fully financed - full off take agreement on 100% (I assume that is good as we have pre-sold, no risk) - resource and mine life upgrades - exploration - our crusher facilities could be used for other local miners? - potential dividend stock going forward - over time FTSE250 stock but what a price we have paid ... Alberto Lavandeira and John Leach should have got a better deal , and failure in this is potentially a warning to how minority shareholders will be treated in the future .

new institutional investors will be nervous to get into bed with Trafigura, XGC and ORION - we have seen share price attacked every time just before funding (ORION + XGC 15m accrued) well below mkt price at the time ; and now when the project is derisked (given AS and permits) we get sold near the lows - why did we not get any debt finance ? I wonder if any of our major shareholders played a part in that? again IQ left in a hurry , was he disgusted with what he saw ?

I will be lower than this for balance, as I can get 5% for sure at 4.75 ... and I bought a slug at 4.765 in the event stock took off : in theory we are worth more despite Alberto Lavandeira selling us down the toilet

I bought 13500 at 4.765 , but if can get sub 4.75 will purchase my balance = 10% holding increase

If anyone had money to invest , you could easily buy your entitlement today ... stock languishing

if ASTOR now step up , they can end this inside deal ... take legal action

we reduce costs , but no benefit passed on to shareholders, as stock price kept low and we get diluted out. also why do we have to also sell them our copper concentrate? they get the company and off take all in one.

shocking price 4.75p . AL has sold on the cheap . kept from market resource production upgrade. how can they justify 4.75p on the basis this is an AIM stock where price is set by PIs and market makers? you would have thought any bank loan would have been better than nothing. we have been stitched up .

personally want funding 9p or higher, they should look at the Edison report, that gives a clear impartial valuation. we are also due a JORC upgrade. 5p is ridiculously too low.
