stock under pressure as some PI got more shares than they bargained for in oo ... some are now panicking and are dropping some £££. You know who you are ... interestingly and told SHORE CAP are licking their fingers (probably toes) and are buyers for their own account . P155es me off that SHORE get them cheap as they are the guys who pushed stock lower playing their part in our awfully priced (for long standing PI) finance deal.

are they still looking for stock ? don't sell it to them!!! they will be holding stock down to get right price for their much needed purchase IMO

seems EGM vote only required majority of present ... my dog at meeting said each vote had 54% backing question : how can our main shareholders just vote themselves golden hand shakes ? surely needed 75% of present for such i organs vote ?

are their market makers short into the placement? they have done too much of the past volume , were probably inside .. they pushed stock down after AS . Had they been selling ahead of financing and oo ... sources say they were desperate for stock and got none. I think EMED aware of Shore negative impact on stock and have punished them. All IMO.

think Harry Liu had to get special permition to buy ... took few days . Broker just wanted to slam dunk it quickly (as had a sure thing waiting for him) and knew who to call . Everyone happy Harry in (Chinese Harry) , Harry happy as knows Co been sold cheap as noodle . Did someone say Alberto has 4m? that did not come out in meeting, I have not seen. John Leach CFO has 4m and is underwater like most PIs (my dog said he looked p1ssed). Rumbo was there (dressed as a Mexican outlaw) and asked question about pathetic stock price (he is also underwater). Directors said are considering options to buy stock (considering) after Harry Liu example .

had a dog at meeting , just gave me feedback: They will be at 9-10bn tonnes in 12months; condition of new plant work on ground is world class ; would have upgraded resource (they have numbers) just waiting for official sign off could take one month could take one week; Harry Liu bought with own cash thinks a winner; rump was sold in 3 hours!!!!!!! went to specific investors ; expect share price 10p by year end or sooner.

did Shore market makers short into placing hoping to cover ? they got left out as Emed management and advisors are very aware of how Shore Capital have badly handled the stock (have been main sellers since AS was given). All IMO . I did play my part in making sure the company was aware of Shore Capitals activity.

they have been messing with stock forever . probably took some stock on their books and now looking to exit . IMO.
