in the past I have had confirmation that advisors paid in shares , but you are right it would be stated . ------------------------------------- So I would assume a fair number but into a placement (including institutions / prop desks and bucket shop hedge funds) for a quick turn . If does not trade up quickly , they cut positions (which in theory are supposed to be low risk trades).

you always have the problem after placing , the flippers. even some of the institutions our trading desks may just have taken stock with view to flip , nature of the game. Finally our advisers all get paid in stock ... they dump it from word go.

It has been expected. Some were surprised John stayed on so long after Harray Adams left. The bigger surprise was that he stayed after the last round of changes with our Chairman, IQ and Ron Cunneen stepping down. But clearly Alberto Lavandeira wanted to some extra expertise to oversee things ... not that John Leach was needed as cornerstone investors bullied terms ... he may have helped in ensuring Orion/XJC got a 3.25p price (which I am told they tried). So now that finance is done, and nothing we can do about that John feels time to move on. His friends are now at Kefi. He also probably wants to slow down a bit.

Mr Leach was a main character on Harry Madams administration . He was valued by Alberto Lavandeira and played his role in overseeing our funding deal ... however he would not have been happy with five away terms (am almost certain of that) . Anyway he sits on Kefi board and that firm is always busy raising money so lots to do . Mr Leach believed firm would be ok with out him now given. Not a bad man ... had aspirations for Emed . Amen. All IMO.
