We need to get into main board indecese quick and get our ESG rankings up ... as given our current structure and low debt we could be taken over. Management seem to think no debt a good thing, they don't understnd is that will be used to finance a takeover.

E-LIX could redefine mining process. We have loaned money to E-LIX convertible into equity. So as this business grows we have a stake. Add that to the NAV.

Our final dividend up 20% to 0.04c thanks to strong FCF and balance sheet position.

Nothing complicated : the question was in reference to paying the dividend before domiciliation changes and getting caught in witholding tax. Your dividend is just fine. Final dividend 0.04 (up from 0.03).
