- there is value the concept alone

- the structure of this new business : makes sense if separate

- will ATYM be over 50% ownership?

- can we bring in venture capital money (and there is lots in Spain for this business).

I have a small holding across multiple accounts

- decided to take up roughly 30% of my entitlement

After asking the same f****** question every time : isn't the E-Lix deal unfair, is there a way to insure ATALAY can monitise its investment, is it time to renegotiate: BOOM , finally, Alberto says if they need any more investment there will be equity for us.

This is the correct position, Atalaya has incubated this technology and been very charitable.

Its complicated first time process, but there is a change we can get a bigger piece of the cake.

So Atalaya are in talks to make an acquisition in Europe

Alberto has usually complained about price expectations from sellers, but this time he seems happy.

So we could see a deal, my guess up to 600m Euro in value.

Seems we are exploring expanding solar output near tailing damn area with view to working with a partner in the Data Centre space (and for you lemons hear, data centres are the backbone of cloud and ultimately Ai).

Basically Atalaya has land (away from population), water and clean energy: everything you need for Data Centre mix.

Spain is seeing some of the biggest investments in Europe in this sector: Blackstone and Amazon among others investing 10s billions over the next decade.

Spain is already number 2 in Europe for clean energy.

The way I see it this project is all about whats next post mining in Atalaya 20-25 years (as will be longer than current mine life as they find more resource).

From the Q&A it seems this project near the tailing damns will be a separate business (which makes sense). What the ownership structure will be will depend on many factors like what the various partners are bringing to the table.

I will now be pushing for this project to have a name, so analysts can start to run the numbers.
