Let's face it Alarno, like me, you'd be out in a shot if you weren't so far underwater! Pointless to sell, we've been had and that's that. Write it off and move on. In the very early days a contributer referred to this as snake oil salesmen. I only wish I'd listened to that 5 years on. The company has had years to grow, they just don't. This is never going to take off. Their contemp for PI's is shocking and its time to face the facts. We've been ad!

Consolidation now applied. I would need to see these shares at £1.80 to break even!! How is any of this OK? My £6000+ invested is now worth £399 and 100000 shares reduced to 3300. Shambles and immoral.

Because the reduction of x10 hasn't been applied to our shares yet. Next day or so I would imagine...then as Alarno suggested the value will start to drop slowly from 10p to 9p to 8p and so on...much the same as what happened with the last travesty with the reverse takeover. There needs to be some serious buys soon or we are screwed.

The price has changed but the amount of shares has not yet, giving an articially inflated picture...ie. ten times the value you had yesterday! I was excited for a brief moment also...unfortunately you can't sell em!!

That's the hope I'm sure....however, some way off that.

Alarno. The reason the blood tests are not the success they thought they would be is because no-one has any money to splurg on private blood testing when you can get it for nowt on the NHS. The reason the covid testing was so successful is because people were forced to test if they wanted to travel. No-one is forced to take a private blood test. Very little appetite for this sort of thing in the current climate. Watch this space for a sudden change in direction once more. Sell all the assets, fold the 'company' and give us all a bit of our money back would be the best bet.

Sianhan. I possed that very question, with that turn of phrase last week to the company...and I still can't enlighten you. Those of us in from the start have been taken on a massive ride...robbed is about right. The company we first invested in now is unrecognisable from what's left today. I've all but given up. I had built up a stash of 100000 shares at average 6p. I now have 33000 at an average of 19p. After this wonderful move again I will now have 3300 at God knows what average?! Daylight robbery.

I'd take 20p in a flash....right now! In a flash!

Quire right Alarno. I remember when we were going to give horses CBD!! Where have those days gone?! Haha.
On a more serious note, not a single mention of CBD in this RNS....very telling. Looks like that's being abandoned quietly.

Because after 5 years, those that were in from the start feel shafted I'm afraid Lebad. Patience has run dry. We have seen endless changes of strategy, name, personel, CEOs, direction, location and focus, with absolutely no reward. Very little interest in this as a business anymore, just angry and frustrated...and so it continues.

99% voted for the continuation of the current board...Well I am surprised?!

Lebad I have a question for management. Something along the lines of this.

Do management have any comprehension of the frustrations and anger held by many private investors at the continual stripping of shares and value by the company? An investor who once had 100k shares now has a little over 3300 with a paper loss of 92%. How is this a justifiable way to treat your loyal shareholders and what are your plans for recompense?

Also...
Some private investors seem to have had their emails sent to the company for updates and clarification ignored, without reply. What plans hasthe company got to improve investor relations and ensure investors feel valued and listened to?
