Has anyone actually been in touch with them? The last time I emailed Anne Tew was autumn last year, she said by the end of the year, things would be looking considerably better...hmmmm. I'm afraid they have no clue, which is surprising given past ventures. They have squandered our money, without explanation.

For all the differences in opinions stated here, and after all the many years of turmoil, whichever way you spin it, we've all been had. Many long term investors either way will be leaving with just a fraction of what they put in, all in good faith, with a simple desire to see a return on their loyalty. I myself, first entered at 50p. The sad fact is that this will either way, show a return of mere pense. After all the fighting, and effort, the dreadful Fat Cats win the day. This lot have never given a hoot about PI's, and they have simply lined their own pockets at the expense of us. It's a sad end, to what many believed, rightly or wrongly, to be a quality little firm. Its a sad fact, that these days, in all walks of life, the big man wins. We've toppled them once already, I just can't see how it can be done again. They're just too slippery. Dreadful.

Having read that CA RNS, it seems to me that CA are chucking in the towel. There seems to be no love lost still with regards to Bod. The route does make sense to me, however, it's the terms of the deal that seem so astonishing. As several have pointed out here previously, this is yet again going on the cheap. The cap is far too low, and the percentage likewise. The whole deal needs simplifying, restructuring and improving now if it is to go ahead. Also, that up front payment needs some serious revision.

There's bigger fish to fry here now Sense than worrying about the pointless contributions of members who are not invested. First sign of some collective action, and this happens...hmmmm?

My god I hope you're right M1ln3r. I did think something similar myself...you really can't trust anything that comes directly from this lot, either written or spoken. CA have been unashamedly critical of this lot for so long, fought them on various key issues, and having 29. Something % have been able to hold them accountable and in check. It seems bizarre to me now that they would accept this suspiciously complex deal, we need direct comment from them. Reasoning as to why they believe this is a winner....or as you suggest M1ln3r...May be not...

Oh, and it seems they only have four shareholders...Bav, Lebad, Alarno and me!! Not exactly GSK is it?! Hahaha.

Evening folks. This is on the going problem. News is hidden, it's like a secret that only a few people get to know about! Why is there no RNS?! This is why there is no investment, because nobody knows they exist! Marketing is zero. No advertisement, social media presence of a nat and on a trading platform that again no-one knows exists! From the early days, the ambition and clarity has just disappeared. This is a small family business that will remain so until they step up. As for the SP...it literally hasn't moved in months. If there's one trade a day, your lucky. Some much promise, so little delivered.

I honestly can't keep up with this, more disappointment for all of us. Hopefully tomorrow we will have some comment from CA and clarification on their view. Surely they can't be up for this...I thought all this had stopped after the court case...HUR never fails to disappoint. Strong feeling we are being screwed again by this bunch of swines. There should have been more pressure to have them removed, they're at it again. Incredible brass neck by the way.

Morning all. I believe this will be great news if and when the share price starts moving. Can't see this anytime soon unfortunately. The age old problem continues here, with a lack of positive publicity and marketing. Goodbody latest post on Instagram has two likes! Two likes! Whoever is in charge of that wants sacking! This is drifting day after day. SP being suppressed, but why? What is going on? Are we being set up for 7.7p bid to be represented and sold as a good deal on a diminishing SP?

If CA are in the know, surely that's a good sign regarding the value of the bids being considered?

So what are the chances of any bids being on the table by the deadline tomorrow? BOD recently claimed that interest was high, and certainly talks were taking place. There seems to be no leaks whatsoever as the volume is still so very low. RNS Monday stating, interest was shown, but no party achieved the desired value? That's my betting.

Same old drivel we've all heard before from other CEOs. No mention at all of the decimation of share holder value, or the massive dilutions that have left us all holding a fraction of the shares we held previously.
