Here here Sian. We were steamrolled into dilution twice, with that reverse takeover being one of the most idiotic business deals I've seen. Not an ounce of thought to PIs in all this. We have indeed been robbed. Sadly, there's no way back in this for the likes of me and you, it would have to become an international conglomerate akin to GSK!

Shambles. I'm now at 98% loss. In my eyes the company is already bust. It makes no difference whether he's gone or not. It's come full circle and George Thomas is back in the limelight. It's clear the company is on the brink but regardless of this, I agree Sky, share dilution twice is a disgrace and daylight robbery. No positives here, just more of the same. Six grand they've had off me and I have less than £200 left...haha! Says it all!

Is there a scenario whereby the planned dividends are paid AND the SP holds around the current level? Because that would be ideal!!

And even then...if that comes to pass, there's no way it's worth 96% of my original holding. I literally have £200 quid left in.

If a special dividend of 3.1p is issued in the spring, what impact will this have on future value and therefore on future bids? If profits are redistributed to shareholders, will this not bring down the overall value? Also, is 3.1p just the start, and how much could we expect beyond this?

Agreed Lebad and Alarno. I'm now showing a loss of 96.89% of my investment. Its finished. This was a monumental waste of money. After all their wheeling and dealing, chopping away at PI value over the years, it is now impossible to break even, let alone make money. Always with the false promises. I genuinely believe either a) they just don't care about stakeholder value or b) they are wildy incompetent. Either way, my money's gone and it ain't coming back.

I'm sorry Lebad, I'm just not buying it. This was supposed to be a CBD company. This was the future. We had early market positioning and it went to pot. Then we became a wellness business, then a sanitiser business, then a covid testing business, then a blood testing business and now an earwax removal firm. 17 clinics? I'm sorry, the whole thing is just not good enough. Check out the SP. It's now almost 50% down on the price after the latest cutting exercise. And we are supposed to be in a much stronger position by the end of the year...2 and a half months for a miracle to occur. Shambles.

You're starting to get it now Lebad. Always been the same. There was a purple patch at launch, then dross ever since. I expect very little going forward.

Hell of a spread and spread dropping with no trades, as predicted after the latest grab. It really is very very poor.

And so the inevitable slip slide of the SP begins...low volume, few trades purely sells, stagnation only leads to one thing. I thought they were sorting this out?!

Several mentioned on here the release of news in September, with possibly details on a forward plan. Do we think this is still the case? Nearly half way through the month...

Agreed Carpking...but when?! Patience is a virtue, but this share pushes the limits of that. Compared to where we were 18 months ago, it's dreamland really, but it feels like it needs a rocket up the proverbial...come on BOD, pull your fingers out!
