Looking at how much stock has shifted at 1.25p I think that the MMs at at that level must have a buy order in. Well over 3.5m has been sold at 1.25p now in the last few days and yet that level hasn't bumped.

I would love to hear that you've reiterated your point about how shareholders make a return here at the AGM (if you wouldn't mind).

I think that THAL's arrival here is probably a good sign for us as they like to push for major changes that are generally positive for shareholders.

This is getting a bit silly now.

I presume that they're looking to raise (or the price wouldn't have jumped down here) so that they can progress with whatever the field report has told them.

Personally, I would much rather that they sold their PQE shares and used that to fund any drilling. If the drills (assuming there is anything good down there) are any good then that combined with the service contracts and our current production could get us to an acceptable level of cashflow positivity.

I lead the charge of the light brigade to try and kick CW out last time (when they suddenly moved the AGM dates so we couldn't get out votes in). That was a normal AGM, not an EGM.

The issue we had, was that if we called an EGM, because they have a BVI registration (off of the top my head) you would need over 75% of the voting shares to kick him, which in light of the fact that a load of his mates own stock is very unlikely to happen. At a regular AGM I believe the resolution was a "normal" one and so only required more than 50% of the votes cast to kick him out.

My view is that he absolutely shouldn't be here, but that the only way we will be able to achieve it is to keep holding his and the other board member's feet to the fire to get him to step down.

I admire your efforts and if you get an EGM going I will to vote to kick him out.

Part of the issue going forwards that we have to consider is how much we want the board worrying about a coup. I think that in a way it's better to keep the board focussed on the task in hand rather than pull their attention.

If we can get this cash-flow positive and profitable with a clear plan for delivering that cash to shareholders (without the need for raising further funds via dilution) then the share price will rise.

Ha! Thanks. I like to think of it as being just less pessimistic, but I've been in this so long that even I find it difficult to fully detach myself and view this objectively.

Charlie signing something off is usually a bad sign and Amoruso signing it off is usually a lot better.

Personally, I'd like Charlie gone but that looks unlikely if I'm realistic.

I went through the RNS this morning and had a good laugh. I think anyone who has been in this for a while has heard this tune before.

That being said, it would be nice to see a share buyback!

I'm inclined to agree with that. It has been a ramp up to that revenue level and with (as you imply) the average revenue over the first three months effectively being zero, reasonable revenues in the latter three months were required to even get to where we were.

It'll be the next half year of revenues that are important IMO.

Indeed. Helpful is normally here a good amount and as he's know to be in with the BOD and the brokers, his lack of presence to me suggests that he has to be inside on something.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a placing with CW at the helm.

Afterall, he owns http://ainsliecapital.com/ who sort financing deals out, so it will always be in his own personal interest to push the equity raise route.

If the CPR (that's really just going to be a field report) is any good than I reckon they'll want to drill it ASAP, so will raise probably (note talk of reserve based lending from some people famously in contact with the BOD has dried up recently).

I wouldn't be surprised to see an RNS that basically says "we have a good amount of oil in the ground and have placed to raise to drill it".

I am of the opinion that they should just sell PQE stock and keep the warrants. That would get us ~250k USD that would fund any drills and further work overs etc until breakeven and beyond.

Even with the final bits of background selling going on this is actually moving back up quickly. Any sniff of big volume arriving and I think this will fly (esspecially if we can clear the seller, in which case 2p looks to be nailed on short term.

Decent volume in the last few days. If this were easier to buy I think we would be a lot higher.

It went to NT when I was buying this morning and took me 13m to get a fill.

When this goes, I think we'll get a big move

I hold a decent amount of AOGL in my personal account and I have family members with holdings too.

I think that main reason why getting a sense of excitement and momentum here is so difficult is because the company have such a bad habit of raising money all the time, so no new holders are too keen on buying and holding for longer than a few days.

Once we can prove cash flow positivity I hope that these fears will subside and that we can get some momentum behind the share price.

I'm in here at 0.34p so I sympathise with those who have higher averages than the current price.

I think that people should simply send the company/board messages. I certainly will be. They will not at the end of the day be on these bulletin boards reading our comments.

Re. EHGOSF I wouldn't be surprised if they are/have been lending them out to anyone looking for a short. Just a suspicion, but I can't confirm that and I have no evidence of it.

If anyone going could please articulate this, it would be very much appreciated:

1. They should not under any circumstances do a share consolidation - they always cause more damage to the share price and they take a long time to fix the sentiment issues they create.

2. CW should go (exhibit everything that's wrong with the company).

3. This is a long shot, but in light of how much shareholders have had to tolerate here, once the company is cashflow positive they should begin to repurchase and cancel shares, even if it is in very small scale.

I've always been of the opinion that CW is bad for the company full stop.

It's quite clearly a revenue stream for him through his salary and from any placings he arranges through his firm Ainslie Capital.

He should either leave or be forced out in my opinion, which would (excuse the pun) burn off the dead wood at AOGL.

I also believe that under no circumstances should we have a share consolidation - they're nearly always a killer for the share price and invariably represent a further desire to place more funds. It is a long shot that will probably never happen, but I've always felt that once the company becomes cash flow positive that they should buy back their own stock or Dutch tender for some so as to reward the long term holders like myself and others who have been averaging down from much higher averages than the share price is today.
