Whilst the markets continue to fall on higher interest rate expectations & Companies carrying heavy debt face a difficult future.

Investors will be hunting for alternative opportunities.

Meanwhile, KDR sits on significant assets that continue to grow in value.

The market may take its merry time attributing Value to KDR but it will come, and once it starts, the story could become pretty spectacular.

I’m not sure what will be announced first, but there will be plenty of newsflow, we have a number of targets being explored currently.

The current market conditions only re-inforce the fact that funds invested here sit quietly awaiting that ‘Value unlocking’ aren’t funds that are ‘missing out’ being invested in other opportunities.

Whilst these thoughts are my own opinion and not investment advice, I am excited to hold a significant stake here and perfectly happy to watch the story unfold.

The key will be holding steady throughout the newsflow, and I hold all in my ISA as the potential gains could be significant.

I’ll be interested to see how Kooth behaves over the next few months even assuming no further US contract announcements.

Stock is under pressure here with the ‘ highly oversubscribed placing’ so perhaps momentum will continue strongly.

I’ve kept a good core holding here in the ISA for the journey.

Seems unusually large this morning.

It appears someone is accumulating in 200 & 100K chunks.

A lot of the stock is held so freefloat is tight, I wouldn’t be surprised to see this move up quickly.

I note that Sarasin & Partners, recent institutional investors on the 19th June, have been added to the Major shareholders on the MTec website.

I’ve taken some profits here as I bought a fair chunk sub 180p.

On a different note, Shearclass, I’d be interested in your take of Made Tech (MTec). It’s been on my radar for a while and I’ve plopped a fair whack in recently.

There’s a lot going on on various ‘fronts’ and I’m slightly surprised that the market seems oblivious to the rather impressive potential.

Uptrend well established now, it seems the word is out & everyone wants some stock.

My ISA is now ‘very’ blue thanks to a long accumulation here, billion pound Company in the making so I will be holding the lot as we find our way into the pounds etc.

Even the wife’s account is blue!

And initial results from current explorations in Finland are likely to be announced within the next 6 weeks I suspect.

It’s interesting that Professor Conroy already holds over 10M shares but has recently had Board approval for CGNR to purchase 5M shares in KDR.

CGNR are betting on a good return on their recent investment.

Plus very recent additional funding announced for further ‘work’ in the Kuhmo region.

So, it just a question of waiting for news.

Perhaps we’ll see some appetite for stock in advance of the next announcement?

Morning Yogi, I don’t see this stock ‘as being held back’, there just isn’t any volume currently.

This will change when investor sentiment changes and there’s some money involved, either from the announcement of a JV, a Major coming aboard or a significant find of Diamonds following the current exploration.

Agreed, KDR has done everything right and it’s all in place, Value isn’t addressed yet, but I do believe it won’t be long for the Catalyst that changes this.

I know a number of Shareholders here are very long term, i was an early supporter in 2016, went away, and have now returned & taken a significant position.

I continue to increase my position so any short term dips are welcome, if we get them.

ONE decent PINK from Lahtojoki could be worth £20M.

Argyle Mine in WA is now closed after 37 year’s production as the mine is finally ‘Dry’.

It supplied about 95% of the Worlds supply of ‘PINKS’, which accounted for less than 1% of production, they are that rare.

PINKS are the most expensive Diamonds on the market.

The Pink Star Diamond was the Worlds most expensive Diamond ever sold at £54M.

KDR has found PINKS at Lahtojoki. RNS.

KDR has a license to Mine Lahtojoki. RNS.

It’s a ‘Surface Mine’, with Diamonds found at less than 2m.

There’s infrastructure, roads, electricity, etc.

Would the Professor take £50M for Lahtojoki?

I don’t think so, he’s mentioned he’d like a JV.

But a Major (Rio?) could be interested in Kuhmo. And that he says, has tremendous Value.

It won’t be long before KDR regularly surfaces on the leader board and attracts further interest, we’re currently off the Radar but the market will catch on.

Gives an MCap of £18.90M.

That’s barely the Value of ONE decent Pink Diamond.

Have a good look at what else KDR have, and then start to think about the potential of this Company.

Newcomers would do well to listen to our Chairman, Professor Conroy, in his interview in March on The Sunday Roast. Season 5. Episode 41.

It’s a great 25 minute snapshot of what’s going on.

This was 6p before any licences were granted.

There is such low freefloat here that any volume will cause a significant spike.

Will holders sell into 6p, 8p, 12p?

No, there are a number of investors here with significant holdings, that understand the immense potential.

Certainly the real value will come on announcement of a Buy-out from a Major.

The next 3 months is going to get very interesting here, imo.
