I read that the MM’s want Stock and keep raising the bid.

We need some more sellers for the inevitable growing numbers requiring stock.

I can only see a drip feed of low volume sells as some top slice as the SP rises, the real squeeze will come when catalyst news is announced.

That’s just a question of time but I’d prefer slow & steady, which is exactly what is happening.

I expect The BoD are encouraged that the SP has finally started to move up, these trajectory’s are encouraging for investors and the majority will only consider investing once a bottom ‘is in’.

The point of the re-tweet is reemphasising what else KDR may be sitting on, Copper prices are surging and Obviously Nickel in very high demand.

Once again, the market is ignoring the potential of NI, it’s ignoring Kuhmo, and it’s pretty much ignoring Lahtojoki.

But, slowly slowly catchy monkey.

News is flowing regularly from this point and there are a number of pieces of the jigsaw starting to create a potentially very lucrative picture.

Kuhmo Kimberlite targets increasing from 24 to 38 targets, excavation & drilling at Kuhmo underway now, CGNR take 5 million shares in KDR with an option for a further 3%….….750sqkm license in NI to mine Nickel-Copper-Platinum & 600kg of samples recently despatched to Canada for testing.

The newsflow will come thick & fast and the potential is massive.

Simply put, there’s very little stock, and why would there be sellers at this level?

A handful of Big individual holders of large quantities of stock here who know the real potential, their holdings are Superglued into their ISA’s, I know mine are.

Where’s the stock going to come from until we reach a sensible MCap?

Add in whopper Kuhmo.

Add in 750sqkm Ireland license.

Add in all the rest going on at KDR.

Wow.

First morning 1v1, let’s see how many are available at 3.2p before this moves up.

A few serious buyers will create a real squeeze here imo, as the big holders will all wait for real value to be realised.

Valuation & Recommendation

To calculate a valuation and price target for KDR, we have amended the 2017 PEA numbers to include the highly lucrative impact of pink diamond production revenues. Under our base-case model, we have assumed 3% of recovered diamonds at Lahtojoki will be pink, with a pink diamond price 10x that of colourless equivalents.

Our estimated un-risked NPV8 comes to $69m, representing a 77% increase on the 2017 PEA NPV8 of $39m. At the risked level, to factor in exploration, finance and discovery risks, our NPV8 computes to $33.1m (£24.0m) and a price per share to KDR of 35p representing a substantial 11 times uplift from the current market price of 3.15p.

Our valuation represents ONLY THE CURRENT ECONOMIC POTENTIAL of Lahtojoki, and not any additional exploration upside from the discovery of new diamondiferous kimberlites that could be present in the project area. For prudence purposes, we have not at this stage incorporated any exploration and discovery uplift from the Kuhmo project area, including the potential for green diamond mining.

The market has not to date understood Karelian’s potential to benefit from the exploitation and mining of pink diamonds and the substantial economic uplift attainable, which thus represents today’s buying opportunity. We therefore recommend Karelian Diamond Resources as a ‘Buy’ with a 12-month price target of 35p.

WNTS has moved to 3.5p. If the seller is done, then this will move out quite quickly on a bit of Volume.

I wonder why Karelian always issue updates to the market as PRN’s, and not RNS’s?

Whilst ‘Press Releases’ are useful these do not carry the weight of an RNS.

I note that of the last 19 ‘market updates’ since 29.3.2022 have all been PRN’s.

Initial Lahtojoki PEA puts the Share Price at 35p alone.

Kuhmo potential, as someone (Yogi I think) suggested could stick a Zero behind that.

Lob in a750Km License to mine Nickel -Copper-Platinum not too far away from the recently Announced battery plant in Somerset and a current SP of 3p looks slightly silly.

Perhaps the market will continue to ignore this & will wait until KDR is in a position to apply a Dividend for patient Shareholders before the SP correction…….? , the Pinks alone from Lahtojoki may provide a figure & income many times our current MCap.

Selfishly, Fingers crossed this stays here for another week as I’m adding another chunk soon.

I’m aware that Yogi feels something odd is going on here.

Me, I’m not sure.

I think we’ll know more as the week progresses and if the bid gets stuck, we’ll know we still have a sell to be offloaded.

So we’ve had 550K sells in 2 tranches in the last 2 sessions, 250 & 300K at 3p.

It might be that someone is offloading a chunk at 3p and we sit it out here whilst this is going on.

It might be that whoever is offloading may regret 3p as a benchmark sale price, but everyone’s situation is personal, so we don’t know the facts here.

My view is that this is an opportunity for buyers, the stock is paused at a bargain price, enabling purchasers to accumulate at a very low price.

Otherwise, this would be moving up fast with 600K buyers per day.

I’ve a chunk of cash incoming at the end of the month, if the stock remains at this price I’ll take another million.

Yes, this really has massive potential.

Looking at the trades already this morning I sense we are beginning to see the start of some more regular trading, we’re almost starting to get noticed !!

As the Professor said on the Sunday Roast Podcast around 16 mins, “ we’ve always aimed at a major discovery”

And at 17.35 “ We are at the moment a tiny Company, but the potential is really very big”.
