I’m holding a fair whack of these, looking to add more, and looking to hold for real gains.

NXP002 alone is potentially absolutely massive, the other 4 also......a lovely long hold for great & deserved gains, and meanwhile medical breakthrough solutions for global patients.....& .that makes the investment feel really good.

So maybe Chinese news this week regarding NXP001, maybe not.

Possibly an update on the major pharma Company NFX is in talks with regarding global rollout of NXP 001, soon, or maybe a bit later.

Or maybe announcement of a huge deal with NXP002, and an agreement with our preferred Japanese partner, or perhaps this update will arrive in March, or February, or April.

Even so, Ebers is ticking along nicely and we’re due an update on our next milestone - lovely. That could arrive tomorrow, or in February.

Oh, NXP004, it might be NFX has got something interesting occurring that they’d like to update the market with? Anytime.

The point is, Nuformix is a HOLD, and it’s going to be a HOLD for quite some time, each piece of news will build on the last, with even bigger news around the corner.

I’m building another very special house, and having a big holding in NFX is ideal, as I suspect the biggest value of both assets will be realised around the same time, in about 18 months.

That’s not long in any proper investors diary.

Agreed regarding cash position & dividend potential - the was a report out by Atlantic Capital a few months back suggesting that they thought there was a dividend possibility.

Actually, considering our 52 week high for NFX we are currently trading around 37% down, which I find surprising as there is a fair whack of blockbuster news incoming.

Given the fact that this stock is fairly illiquid many know how quickly this moves with a little pressure, so taking a position at these levels seems essential if one believes we are entering a news rich period.

And it’s not simply just news, it’s Company making news.

Enjoy the sunny w/e all LTH’s, it’s going to be interesting to see how NFX heavy Portfolios are looking by mid summer.

Looks like Argo’s decision to mine for themselves could make them a fortune, & us!

One might assume that The Chinese want to wrap the deal up pre CNY as their celebrations last around 2 weeks, until February 8th.

The UK has only really been ‘open for business’ for The last 10 days since January 6th after our Xmas break, and Dan’s interview was out on December 24th, alluding to the CNY timeline.

Then consider the time zones.

So I can well imagine they will need most of next week to button the new deal up.

But, everyday brings us closer to The Japanese deal, and that could be very interesting.

Has hoovered 1 Million today, so far.

Stock very tight here & Company now making Money.

Agreed that Wembley ‘get together’ will renew positivity & SP momentum North.

NFX about to move up IMO, nice live 100k buy at 9.42p, a few more buys will see 10p etc.

I don’t recall DG ‘promising’ a settlement from the Chinese by their New Year, but that he was optimistic about it.

Remember, it’s now not a simple case of settling the original payment, they are negotiating a whole new package.

Finally, whilst we are moving towards CNY we are also moving towards news regarding an agreement with the Japanese for NXP002,

So my view is that CNY can come & go, but we just get closer to all the other news as well.

That’s a impressive agreement.

SP near all time low, lots of upside.

You wouldn’t get a speeding ticket for a 30% rise.

And if it shot up 200% the Company is aware there’s a Company making deal in the offing....& so is the market.

Company securing a £100M credit facility is impressive news indeed.

The Market was updated on 2nd December 2019 that ‘ after many months of engagement the Company is now in the final stages of securing a revolving credit facility up to $100,000,000 with a leading UK asset manager’.

One May assume from sudden trading activity that confirmation of those final stages is about to be announced.......
