Too much emphasis on a very small Director sell who made an error over timing of his sale in a closed period & had to resign.

Currently Not enough positivity around what else is going on with The Company.

Whilst the Japanese are negotiating which one of them gets the rights to NXP002 our American investors have begun their negotiations with a £51M carrot for the canibinoids .....there’s more milestone news imminent here.....oh, and then our global pharma global rollout for NXP001....

Very difficult to listen to a podcast by someone with such an irritating voice but I suffered through it.

JW sold out of NFX a few weeks back as he wasn’t convinced that we’d receive the Chinese payment, seems he was only ‘invested’ for that news & maybe looking to trade a spike.

He seemed unaware of the much bigger potential news regarding NXP002 & the Japanese, plus everything else that’s going on.

There’s a lot of chit chat about finding the next ‘multibagger’ and it amuses me that it may well have been staring him in the face, or rather, that he was holding it!

Anyway, let’s see what the next few months might bring, I’m still expecting plenty of news.

Is a regular beneficial poster here, well researched, honest & provides excellent input.

I don’t doubt he spoke to Dan, and as he noted, the information is in the public domain already.

Like all of us, he is seeking reassurance from the CEO who has always struck me as a decent & honest person, one of my reasons for my investment here, the BOD need to be trusted, clearly.

Yes, we’ve received some ‘unsettling’ news when we were perhaps expecting better news, so it’s a bit frustrating.

The bottom line however is the business remains on track, negotiations continue across our portfolio & sentiment will improve in an instant on announcement of our first ‘deal’.

Personally, the China ‘malaise’ was priced in at 8p, The news from Japan will offer a whole new opportunity, and NFX will begin a solid upward trajectory.

Well done The BoD for jumping on yesterday’s news so quickly.

This is how the market works, profits from elsewhere looking for the next ‘Multibagger’.

Not a term I’m fond of but I strongly believe that Nuformix has the potential to realise a substantial value with a major pharma on-board with NXP002, for starters.

It only takes a little research to identify how vast are the sums involved with successful drugs, and NFX has a number of irons in the fire.

I note a very small Director sell today, (£56K out of £3.85Million worth of stock) but no other Directors selling., so I have no concerns there.

He’s still holding 44.3Million shares.

The timing indicates a sale to settle with HMRC, we’ve all been arranging something similar.

He’s probably as irritated with our Chinese partners as we are as he wouldn’t have had to sell half as much stock.

However, he’s eyeballing the remaining 44.3M Shares for the end game, £44.3M or £88.6M, take your pick.

I’m thinking a global rollout of NXP002 following a tie up with our Japanese friends could put a rocket boost under the SP like you’ve never seen.
