There is a very interesting article about Novartis, & the boss, Vas Narasimhan going on a buying spree.

He snapped up an eye drug from Takeda for $5.3bn,
Endocyte, a small biopharma firm for $2.1bn
& EveXis, a gene therapy firm for $8.7bn.

Mr Narasimhan says he is focussing on ‘Transformative Innovation’.

If there was ever a phrase that described Nuformix that one leapt out of the article at me.

I’m seriously starting to think an MCap of $1 Billion may well be aiming a tad low.

(We could well have 3 blockbuster drugs out of the blocks and the technology to create a number more, in quick succession- Cocrystal Technology - Transformative Innovation indeed!!)

Is proven, and is working.

The speed in which ‘Our Company’ can reformulate existing drugs so that they work using Cocrystal technology, patent that new drug & then re-license it is phenomenal.

The value if this is off the scale, and that we are in discussions with numerous Global Pharmaceutical Companies is hardly surprising.

It’s great to see though that Dan & Co know the value of what they have and have a clear strategy, he mentions several members of the NFX board being involved in former £ Billion plus buyouts in this space.

I’ve yet to find a Company that I truly believe can 20 bag from this point - we could have 3 very successful IP protected drugs to licence and rapidly create more - The Platform is Working.

No wonder he’s very excited about the next 12 months.

I had a good read up on The IMM RNS and expect to see a big drop over there today, they’ve yet to develop the Lupuzor to allow registration etc.

NFX is well positioned to earn immediately from licensing deals, currently in negotiation, and some already agreed!

Expect some big moves up on news, and in the near future I understand from Dan’s podcast.

It costs $1.9 Billion & an average of 10 years to bring a new drug to market.

NFX have patented 3 with another underway.

Plus the cannabinoids & agreement with Ebers. And a £51M deal at that.

They are in discussions with numerous parties regarding licensing, in Asia & The USA.

They’ve just announced the launch of NXP004.

There is so much going on & with such huge potential value ( & with a low cost base) that NFX could become a seriously valuable Company.
