Barnard, just to be clear, The Agreed £10M of Subscription Shares At 10p by Intrinsic hasn’t been Drawn down yet ( in tranches as discussed) whilst we await a Prospectus.

We do have a ‘first tranche’ date of 30th June for 20M ( or the date on which the Company publishes its prospectus ( whichever is later).

As the Company has no doubt already earmarked the first £2 Million I would suspect that we may have ‘Prospectus News’ pretty soon, I don’t see any reason to delay this and hold up the first tranche of cash.

The agreement with Intrinsic was announced on 13th May, so they’ve already had 5 weeks of preparation.

There’s a lot of panic going on based on The CEO resigning.

There are many reasons for such a move.

What hasn’t changed is the deals recently achieved, including a £51M deal with Ebers, that by all accounts & updates is moving along very nicely.

If anyone wishes to moderate their discomfort of witnessing the SP collapse one should read up on this agreement.

And then look at the potential of our other assets, some of which may very shortly be commercialised.

One may then conclude that our current MCap is rather ‘Out of kilter’.

I’m following my well rounded gut and have added.

On balance some see DG’s departure as good, others see a red flag.

My view is that he came over well, was positive & clearly excited at where NFX is heading, but for a number of reasons, hasn’t closed the deals.

He’s been given an ultimatum, close 002 by x date or clear your desk.

We’re a main market stock with disruptive tech that we’re not capitalising on.

Dan knows we have ‘multiple exciting opportunities’ so he’ll hold his stock, that’s his nest egg for 12 years of graft.

But now someone new can take the helm, and really drive this forward now.

It’s been a disappointing year but progress is being made, I see this resignation as a positive.

Hold a lot of stock so stepping aside will be for a reason.

I see a bounce here once the Market digests the variables.

This doesn’t change what’s been achieved here, Ebers, NXP002, 001 etc so there’s a great deal of value still to be developed.

I see a short term dip as the market will be unsettled by his sudden departure but he made his position untenable with undelivered ‘promises’.

The SP is currently already back at IPO level so today’s news will just create more volatility.

It would be good to see a solid appointment to The Board in short order, and we can move forward properly.

If I were Intrinsic & looking to lob in £10M for 100M shares at 10p I’d have the hoover out now, or certainly encourage my pals to fill their boots at these prices.

Perhaps we’ll see a scrabble for this cheap stock over the next few weeks.

Then everyone will be reviewing the 50M warrants at 25p.

I think you’ll find that a global rollout with Lenovo is actually, ruddy massive news.

I’ve just listened to CJ’s podcast from 14th May, he’s understandably rather excited.

Partnering with the largest personal Computer vendor by unit sales in the World, then rolling out a product that you’ve spent 7 years developing Across the globe with that Company is a reason to feel very proud.

And it’s one good reason that it’s going to make him, and other big shareholders, Very very wealthy.

So DEV have entered into an agreement to offer 100M shares to Intrinsic Capital Jersey at 10p to raise net after costs of £9.7M.

Furthermore they will grant them 50M warrants at 25p.

All subject to various terms.

I think investors here can rest assured that with large institutional investors coming aboard at almost double the current SP by August 31st and with warrants at 5 times the current price there’s going to be some action.

Certainly the funds are going to be used for some acquisitions.

I sense 2020 is going to be a very pivotal & exciting year here, and investors should look at a 12 month time frame to benefit from some real gains.

It’s not just the EdTech/Lenovo that is so interesting, but there’s huge growth & opportunity with our other offerings.

Judging by our seller, I think we may require a few of EveryonRobs pals to soak up the excess.

I heard an interesting one regarding the initial spike in the stock markets given the Covid news/financial/ etc.......TINA....

My take is that DEV outstrips 95% of other stocks atm, and if we can encourage another 5 Rob Johnson’s we’ll be on our way North.

Arthur, 10p will come but hopefully not for a month or so....

Much better to have a slow & gradual rise so that holders learn to hold & enjoy the steady growth of their investment.

Just a degree of patience required and let the Company explode across the globe, having partnered with the World’s largest personal computer vendor by unit sales it will come more rapidly than the market is currently recognising.

I note Everton posts removed & suggest the reference to discussion with the BoD a bit too close to discuss here, however I noted the TR1 and believe he is a heavily committed investor.

It does feel that the Lenovo deal hasn’t really sunk in here but any announcement of traction and this will get very interesting.
