We have another Institutional Investor Waiting to buy 100M shares at 10p ( in specific tranches at certain dates) with an option for 50M warrants at 25p.

They await a prospectus from the Company.

Anyone not sure should probably wait for that too.

But you might/might not get them for 10p.

1. DEV is MAIN Market.

2. DEV has a 3 pronged Attack, Educate & the Lenovo tie up is 1 of those.

3. Everyday the teams are translating our offering for non-English speaking Countries.

4. A recent announcement identified rollout across India & China once translations were complete.

5. The USA & CANADA is already rolling out, and interestingly, we have a heavy buyer, loading from Toronto, a Mr Vanderlip, now holding over 4%.

6. Existing investors continue to add. See TR1’s.

7. Our Gamification software continues to attract customers through increased traffic, this is supported by a Solid Trading update from Eagle Eye ( one of our many customers) at 07:00 this morning outlining a 135% rise in their redemption scheme.

The ‘Google‘ connection is one thing perhaps, but the fact that DEV have first mover advantage is the reality here, the program/software began some years ago & that is why we were able to Partner with Lenovo so quickly in the VR journey.

The MM’s will spike this soon to grab more stock, but with An institutional investor waiting to grab 100M at 10p, and warrants at 25p there’s a road map for investors to follow, and I personally think it’s not going to take very long.
