It’s clear no one is very interested in selling.

With the news coming out of the USA of the boom in CBD & all associated stocks going bananas there’s no surprise that little ZOE has captured some attention.

The clever part for me is the Fwd thinking of the Company to sign distributors in Europe whilst rolling out across The States.

And having observed Tulloch in the Proactive Interview I’m sure he’s doing a great job, the man is infectious, excuse the pun!!

Someone liken d this to Fevertree, but given the ease of packaging etc I can see this ballooning into a mega Company very rapidly.

Always encouraging to have accolade from a big investor, it’s the likes of RJ & Akers that are helping to put DEV on the investor radar, and give smaller investors confidence.

Everything showing in Red today suggests MM’s discouraging buyers, perhaps a background fill order.......

I’ll pick this up around 4pm & see if that flurry arrives, often the case when news is incoming, and the market goes ‘Deeeer’, they’re buying how much at that price!!

A 3 year contract with the biggest PC manufacturer in The World & access to £9.7M over the next 9 months, and those shares sold to the institution at more than the current SP.

An investors dream.

Zoe has moved quickly recently & is due to settle down so she seems to be taking a breather around the 22p mark.

Someone took £40K at 22.50p on the dip so she may not sit around here too long.

Perhaps Spreadex are continuing to accumulate.

Maybe another TR1 soon.

Certainly a very interesting Company right in the sweet spot.

Buying this morning, but with next week being the final week to launch the Prospectus & get our First £1.75M (at 10p a share) I suspect there will be a flurry of buying at these discounted prices later this afternoon.

Schools back in September so the DEV offices must be smoking with activity right now!!

Am I right in assuming that with 5000 outlets in one USA contract alone Zoetic’s display cases could achieve a substantial revenue stream.

If a case holds 48 items at an average price of £10 retail at 50% margin that’s £240 profit per case.

Multiply by 5000.

That’s £1.2M.

How often are the display cases re-stocked?

According to Tulloch the distributors hold stock, so it’s feasible a display case could be restocked daily, these cabinets are located by the checkout, so are in a prime position.

That’s just one revenue stream.

Crikey.

Buying goes straight to NT & ‘Fill n Kills‘ aren’t being filled, suggesting a long queue!

They need sellers if anyone is interested.

Interestingly, I too watched the proactive interview with Tulloch last night for the first time, no wonder the BoD sent him over to UK/Europe to develop international sales/distributors outside the USA, he’s great, a fantastic balance of knowledge & enthusiasm!!

There’s a II pumping in £9.7M at 10p.

They are pretty confident about the future for DEV.

No need to worry about someone else selling some at 9p.

Things are looking much more encouraging here now, the $12K breach is the start of a proper re-rate here now......some lovely chunky buys incoming.

My view is that ARB offers fantastic exposure to BTC whilst wrapped in an ISA with no concern about Capital gains!!

And I don’t think there’s any doubt that there could well be some big gains!!

I noticed ZOE through a chart tip via a fairly well known chartist called Noel Borg.

Whilst I’m not great on charts I’m big on sentiment & sector & once I started my research following the ‘tip off’, I got pretty interested.

The First International Distribution Contract suggests things are moving swiftly, with more contracts to follow, and the products look great, also, I shall be ordering some Gummies for my daughter who Has some digestive & sleep issues...

I note Spreadex continues to increase, I’ve witnessed colossal SP increases in Companies where Spreadex has hoovered up all the freefloat.

As Borg suggests ‘ Things could get really interesting’.........

My view with ARB is that it’s making cash & is debt free.

It invested at the right time in cheap electricity & new machines.

The Company is sitting in a sweet spot.

Investors have taken a position & freefloat is low, so we all know that the minute there’s a surge in the price there will be an inevitable scramble for stock.

However, as Billfunk points out ( and I view him as a good knowledgeable poster here) a steady $1K a month appreciation of BTC will provide a nice steady growth in our SP, and steady upward trajectory is what any investor would like to see.

Our time will come, & the longer it takes the better it will be!! IMO

The latecomers struggle to load up here once it pops $12K.
