No big buys or sells it seems, would this indicate that the AGM attendees are being told quite 'neutral' information? Could it be that nowt has actually happened in the last 3 months? But then that would be bad news, so what the hell is going on?!? Don't like it, don't like it, say NOWT. Don't like it.

Can they really sit there at the AGM and say nowt? That's what they'd need to do in order to avoid saying anything that would relate to any progress or changes since the last QNL 3 months ago that'd give the attendee's information that us that cannot attend do not have. Just seems strange. Surely at a minimum they must issue that QNL before the AGM start. Shirley.

After yet another week of silence is anyone else of an opinion that it's do or die next week (or Monday 2nd April if they decide to prolong the agony)? It's exhausting follow AFC, death by a thousand cuts. For me only something definitive and absolute will suffice next week (or 2nd April) - surely AB can't think of another way to sequence his words such that he can offer so much yet deliver so little, and manage to keep me/us dangling for another 3 months. Can he?

Simon - I was paying even more, beginning about 10 years ago. I remember the day I was so pleased to be able to buy 10 grand sterling worth at 8.5p to bring my by then already shocking average down....I clearly remember this as even the guy who'd tipped them to me asked if I was mad haha, I guess I was.......I lost 10's of thousands on MNC but you know what - every cloud and that - it was a harsh lesson to learn but I learned all the same so although an expensive lesson I'd rather have done without, at least I can try to convince myself I got something out of it.......I still look in as I'd love to see someone (other than the board) making money from this it it rose up,

MisterPositive - you'd be mad to buy shares in a company that's de-listing is the answer. I have shares in Atlantic Coal which did just as this company is proposing to do. I'm being told that my shares are worth X amount......but it's almost impossible to sell them. As well as the reams of paperwork, you need to depend on some mysterious 3rd party pairing the share price that you have to tell them that you want to sell for, and the quantity of shares, with the share price and share quantity that someone has gone through reams of purchase paperwork just to try to buy some (as though anyone would bother) is prepared to pay. The truth is that if you hole these at the de-listing date. You've got 'em for ever. Suppose I could use some venereal disease analogy but perhaps shares in this company are worth possessing for ever, who knows.

Surely someone needs to look into whomever bought those huge chunks late yesterday to ask questions? The lowly pi is at so much of a disadvantage on AIM it almost takes the shine off such as good RNS when it arrives........almost but not quite ;)

pepemartinez - think yourself lucky, I don't even dare to look at what my average is after I bought a ridiculous amount of these during 2008 to 2011.....I'd say I probably need it to get above 12 pounds Sterling per share to get anywhere near my money back. But more fool me......I'm not looking for sympathy just saying at least 15p per share may actual happen for you & I hope that it does.......but MNC will always be the one for me that reminds me as a cautionary take of what can go wrong on AIM - and how useless/ruthless Management can be in order to give themselves a decade of massive Salaries whilst ripping stupid & foolish investors like me for such an amount I'm embarrassed to admit how much......

How much debt does this company have? And how much in assets? With a 4.8m MCAP is this not a bargain? Suppose if they're up to their necks in debt then maybe not, but can anyone provide a quick run down of details?
